“Nice sauna in the middle of the nature.”

Nice little old sauna house in the middle for the national park. Good sauna. Spacious sleeping attic for warm summer nights. Perfect stay for nice weather holiday. Jacuzzi was really enjoyable too. Even though the house lies quite close to the hosts farm house theres enough privacy to enjoy your stay. Hosts are attentive and helping in case you need something.

“Cozy, romantic and perfect getaway from day-to-day life.”

The cozyness. Weather was rather bad, rain + mud so it was really great to get to the place and it having fire already made and sauna heated up. It was small, but exactly what we wanted from a romantic getaway. We could use the fireplace outside to roast food on the fire and have a hearty dinner outside the house to enjoy the silence and nature. Thank you for the excellent stay and preparing it for us. We enjoyed our stay and returned to the city all rested and full of positive energy.

Great location, nice sauna.

It is a sauna, wash room, small house with BBQ, and outdoor chairs/table in a farm setting. The sauna was already hot and water in the wash room - a perfect start to a most relaxing enjoyable stay.

“Extraordinary retreat in peaceful countryside”

Everything was fantastic really with the sauna house, an atmospheric wooden sauna with two large beds and 2 small ones. It was high summer so decided to sleep on the upper floor, as the lower floor gets a bit hot for sleeping after sauna. There is a small kichen-corner in the lower floor with kettle for boiling water and a small fridge, plus cutlery, plates and cups. For heating food, you can make a fire in the grill outside, for which firewood is provided, together with flammable liquid, torch and tinders for starting the fire. There is a table for eating outside next to the grill. The surroundings are just fantastic, peaceful green countryside with gracefully sloping landscape. There are fatbikes to explore the surrounding national park, and several attractions nearby, like the national park visitor centre with a few exhibits next to a lake where you can also swim and go on a hiking trail, and an observation tower in another direction from the house. But the best part is just taking the small back roads on the bike and enjoy the landscape. In the middle of the summer there are lots of mosquitoes so bring repellent, fortunately the house has mosquito nets that dont let them inside. If you are very light sleeper like me I advise to still bring earplugs because in the morning there are a few cars driving on the nearby gravel road which you can hear. It is recommended to get the jacuzzi for extra charge also, especially in colder weather - it is perfect after sauna or just by itself. The sauna itself is ideal if you prefer temperature not too extreme, as it hovers around 60 degrees, if you want it hotter you should start heating it more than 3 hours in advance probably.

The location is great, the bed is very comfortable and it was nice that you didn't have to walk far to the WC and hot tub. There was plenty of logs for both the fire and the house, and in the house had very dry and fast burning logs.

Ideal get away place in middle of woods. Nice cozy lodge. Good old-school sauna. Has all you need. Very beautiful and quiet place. Not for everybody, people who are addicted to modern comfort's may find this place hard to accept.
