In fact I had cancelled the reservation couple day prior to the booking date. However, I can't reach out to anyone else (I mean a real person) to claim for a refund. The hotel charged me 3 full nights. I'm even not able to contact them until today.

“Great modern room close to everything in Ahaus”
Great modern room. A nice touch to provide water bottle, chips and Gummi bears. Automatic entry was easy and uncomplicated. The location a great, with a restaurant and bar attached to the accommodation.

The whole concept is great. Especially controlling all the room features via your phone was fun and very convenient. There is fresh water, still and sparkling, from a fountain in the hallway and an espresso machine for a nice coffee. The bed is very comfortable and has good pillows.
