“Comfortable, Social Stay”

Sleeping areas are spacious and have everything you need for comfort and privacy. The AC in the room works perfectly. Great swimming pool area, clean spaces, and a safe neighborhood - away from the noise of Ahangama but still just a few minutes’ walk away. All in all, a great place for anyone who wants more comfort than a cheap hostel but still enjoys a social atmosphere.

“A peaceful stay”

The Well has such a peaceful chilled vibe and looks even better in person (the pool and gardens are beautiful). The location could not be more perfect. Off the beaten track but walkable into the centre of Ahangama.

Nice place to stay. The big dorm room gets a loooot of CO2 during the night. The AC cools the air but doesn’t bring in the new one. The pool is a gem.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet at night. I would definitely come back!

Lovely place amidst the hustle and bustle of the Ahangama main road. It is tucked away a couple hundred of meters from both the road as well as the train tracks, making it very quiet and serene; perfect to relax. Dorms are clean as are all the facilities. The pool is amazing.

“A peaceful gem of a hostel - highly recommended!”

This hostel was an absolute gem. A peaceful haven of peace on a side road, just 5 minutes walk from the action in Ahangama town. The building was beatifully designed, the whole vibe so chilled, with a lovely clean pool to swim in, and yoga on the roof every morning. The dorm, showers, washrooms and common rooms were all spotlessly clean. The dorm room was one of the best I've stayed in - spacious, with excellent a/c, curtains and good lockers. Staff were easy to contact, kind and helpful. There was a fab cafe right next door, that was open for breakfast and throughout the day. I was gutted when I eventually had to leave as I hadn't booked ahead and they were full. Highly recommended.

“Little oasis away from the main road”

Nicely manicured property with a clean bedroom and bathroom. We really liked that a reusable water bottle and filtered water were provided, too. Bed is very comfy and monkeys jump around, putting on a show. Its location away from the main road makes it nice and quiet. We decided to reduce our stay from 5 nights to 3 to move closer to the beach. The staff sorted this out quickly and fuss free for us, which we really appreciated.

A short walk from a really good surf spot! A cafe right next door as well as walking reach of some other great restaurants. Casual vibe at the hostel, we were in a private room which had enough mod cons but slightly less than other places we stayed on our trip. Was informed of the activities on site and all the staff were super helpful. We can’t comment too much on the hostel element as we were there as a couple and very in/out. Rooms were high cleaning spec
