Perfect location in front of Sticks. If you want to surf you have a perfect view on the waves and just need to walk 1 minute. The breakfast had various options was always prepared freshly, and was delicious. Stuff was super friendly and helpful

Super friendly staff, the boys serves fantastic food and smoothies. The sea food platter was really good. Super nice view to from the restaurant to watch surfers and sunsets.

The location was the best! Close to everything. The view and there is a beautiful rooftop! The crew was the best ever so nice !!!!

“Too loud from street and party next door”

The family was very nice. The room was clean. The water got very nice and hot. The Aircon did work. It is small but had a cloth drying rack and a fridge. Best part: it is INFRONT of the best surf spot. From the rooftop we had the best view.

Really welcoming. Owner was really helpful throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble for him. Pointed us in the direction of excellent fish restaurant on beach in Welligama (Fish Point) where we had delicious red mullet cooked to order and to perfection. All staff were really friendly and helpful . Delicious breakfasts. Well equipped and clean room with view over surfing beach. Sandy beach in Ahangama with great swimming only 5 mins away. Welligama a short tuk tuk ride away.

Great location, very clean and comfortable room, effective aircon and fan, excellent view, friendly staff. Lovely extras like a fridge, tea & coffee & kettle in the room, communal surfboard rack, and water bottles delivered daily to the room.

Had a wonderful stay, the room was amazing and staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Super easy to check the waves and get to the surf spots. Everything is new and clean, and you're close to a bunch of great restaurants. You'll hear some noise from the main road, but for me it was worth it given how comfortable and convenient it was.
