“Favourite hotel stay in Ahangama”

Our stay at Nos Da Ty Hotel was honestly the highlight of our trip. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves, which made it feel incredibly special and peaceful. From start to finish, the team looked after us so well — the hospitality was truly exceptional. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, and every meal was freshly prepared on request, which made the experience feel so personal and homely. It was the perfect escape, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend.

“Average at best.”

I read some great reviews on this place, but after staying there, I just don't get it. It's a decent place to stay, but that's about it. No better or worse than four other locations we have stayed in Sri Lanka. The staff were not particularly engaging, in fact, maybe a little the other way. The gardens and pool were nice but certainly no wow factor. The room was big and clean. To be honest, it was cavernous, so much so that our voices echoed in there. Also, because of its size, when anyone walked about upstairs, it was like being in the middle of a bass drum with someone banging the skin. Finally, when my wife was taking a shower, it fell off the wall 😮 All in all average but at a higher cost than properties of a similar standard.

“Perfect place if you want to relax, but might be too remote if you want to be close the shops, restaurants etc.”

Super friendly and helpful staff, large betufiull villa with amazing garden full of animals (you can see monkeys, squirrels, lizards, butterflies), lot of common spaces to chill out, very spacious room. It is located in a quite, peacful area, little back to the side from the main road and from the Ahangama center. You can still reach the center by walking (approx. 30mins) but tuk tuk is a cheap and convenient option.

Breakfast was amazing, more than we were expecting! Special shout out to Indra who's hospitality was unfaultable The bungalow was so spacious with a nice big bed and really clean It's in a really nice quiet area and a quiet beach at the end of the road Nice to have an honesty bar too:)

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Nos Da Ty. We rented the two little bungalows, which are perfect for a family or group of friends, with a shared common area. There are so many monkeys and birds to admire directly from the garden, which made the experience even more special. The pool is nice, breakfast was great, and the staff were amazing: super friendly and always helpful. Big shout-out to Charly the dog as well! The location is very convenient: just a 5-minute drive to Kabalana and 10 minutes to Ahangama. If you don’t have your own transport, it’s only a 5-minute walk to the main road where you can easily find plenty of tuk-tuks.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful hotel. The staff are wonderful and warm, creating a calm, respectful, and inviting atmosphere. We really appreciated how available and helpful everyone was throughout our visit. We loved the quiet location in the heart of nature, the large and elegantly designed room, and of course, the breakfast. We love to return

The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated in a local style. The atmosphere was calm and authentic, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The common areas, including the pool, were very well maintained.

I had an incredible exerience at this hotel from the moment I arrived.The rooms were beautifully furniture designed,spacious,and extreamly comfortable.The bed was perfect,the shower had great water pressure.The staff were highlight of my stay.They were genuinely warm,attentive and always willing to help with anything i needed.Also i had amazing breakast.highly recomended & will return again.

The atmosphere at this place is simply incredible,everything here is done with soul !.Very neat clean & authentic rooms,a beautful garden.also very tasty foods.staff also very nice & helpful.I highly recommend this place.I'll definitly come back here again.
