We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The villa is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful . everything was just perfect. The host was kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Thank you to the host for the great recommendations, from restaurants to massage places, everything was spot on and made our trip even better. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kanferri Villa in Ahangama and felt at home from the very first moment. The place feels like a little paradise – calm, idyllic, and perfect for truly relaxing. Ferran, the owner, is incredibly friendly and attentive, and his passion for design is visible everywhere in the thoughtfully and beautifully designed property. Madura is such a kind and genuine person who goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable – his breakfasts were a 10/10 and a real highlight every day. He also offered to organise tours and was always happy to assist with anything we needed. Overall, the whole place has such a calm and special vibe that makes it impossible not to unwind. We would highly recommend staying here!

This is a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed the breakfast – it was delicious and had a very friendly atmosphere, as you sit together with the other guests and can easily connect and have conversations. They also provide many great recommendations for places to visit, and everything is easily accessible from the accommodation. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful, well-designed and clean Villa in the jungle. After a good night of sleep (bed is comfortable) we could observe monkeys during our delicious breakfast. Thank you Ferran and Madura for your excellent service.

I think there’re not enough words in the dictionary to describe how thoughtful and kind are people who working here. I appreciate a lot the time I spend in Kanferri Villa. Everything was convenient, breakfasts were delicious, room was very clean and cozy. We also had situation with cancellation of our flight back home, and Ferran helped us a lot to stay in Sri Lanka with comfort and calm during next few days before new flight. If you’re reading this and still hesitating, just stop it and book this wonderful place. 11/10 Ferran and Madura, thank you so much for your effort and care❤️

“Quiet, modern villa surrounded by nature!”

Peaceful villa to chill and relax, away from the Ahangama crowds. The rooms are clean and modern, and the outdoor area is lovely, with a swimming pool. Ferran and Madura were exceptional hosts, always happy to recommend great restaurants and activities in the area!

Loved the quiet location, pool was a great asset and the multiple places to chill and read a book were great. Ferran en Maduro were the best hosts

Beautiful accommodation, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind and friendly. We mentioned that we liked the smell of the incense in the room on check on, and on check out, we were given a packet of the incense by Ferran to take with us! Would highly recommend this Villa 10/10 all round!

Ferran is an absolute sweetheart and I cannot, cannot recommend this villa enough! It’s clean, it’s airy and has space to breathe around the property, helpful the nicest staff! Will definitely visit again!

One of the best places I have ever stayed at! Ferran, the owner has put his heart and soul into this place and that is evident when you step inside this property. Waking up in this place is just amazing, you can just sit and listen to the wild life come alive and watch the monkeys swing about. Breakfast every morning made by Maduro was amazing too! Thank you, we will be back!

“Peaceful and charming retreat”

Kanferri Villa is a peaceful and charming retreat in Ahangama. The location is perfect — tucked away in nature but close to the beach and surf spots.

Our reservation was for 3 days, but we extended it one more day. It was low season so the Villa was empty and we love it. Pool was great. You can encounter monkeys at any time this Villa:) Mr Madura guided us and took care of everything. We thank him very much

The property was so beautiful. Madura, who worked there, was super friendly and available at all times. Ferran, the owner was not there but was super helpful remotely. The breakfast was delicious and very serene stay overall!

Our stay at Kanferri Villa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the villa itself is beautifully designed, the garden is so relaxing. Hammocks were a very good touch, and the place is so peaceful. What truly made our experience unforgettable were Ferran and Medura. They couldn't have been more helpful and nice. From providing excellent recommendations for local attractions to ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect, their hospitality was top-notch. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day, we had great options to pick from and Medura made a different fresh juice for every morning. Also would love to give a shout out to Percy our Tuk Tuk driver recommend by Ferran. He gave us really good prices and was so reliable and lovely. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy a wonderful couple of days Kanferri Villa is the perfect choice.

“Comfort, style and peace.”

Very tasteful room, dining area and pool. Really well put together with polished concrete floors and stylish soft furnishings. Breakfast was good but not huge. Ferran provided lots of recommendations for dinner, special mention for Manori’s kitchen which was excellent and good value (book in advance). It was the nicest and most comfortable place we stayed in during our 2week holiday.

Villa is great, so are the owners. That’s a beautiful place with a swimming pool and open kitchen. Our room was in a building where were 3 rooms. Beautiful and clean, with conditioner and our own bathroom. Lots of animals near, that was great. But if you don’t have your own bike, it’s a bit difficult, cause the nearest restaurant is 1,5-2 km away. But we had breakfast in the villa, served for us every morning from 7:30 to 11:30, as we like. Thank you very much! The place is amazing
