“Overpriced, difficult location, underwhelming”
Room was nice and comfortable and bathroom area was really nice. However due to the design it’s very dark and to have privacy you need to shut the shutters.

“A luxurious oasis!”
We absolutely loved it, and ended up extending our stay. It is an Oasis a 5-10 min moped ride from the Main Street. Felt very luxurious and we were well looked after by the very friendly Sri Lankan staff and Eggplant the dog. The property looks out onto the river which we took a canoe out on guided by a local man, which can be arranged through the hotel. Food and drink was delicious, best tea I had in Sri Lanka

Very tasty oatmeal with fruits for breakfast , big portion, Location is very quit, near the lake. In villa there is swimming pool with bar, ping pong table, chill zone, co-working area with wi-fi. Next time will stay here more longer.
