Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight, far exceeding all our expectations. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible, warm family atmosphere that you feel from the moment you walk through the door. It doesn’t feel like a standard place to sleep - it feels like being welcomed into a loving home. The owner and his entire family are some of the most wonderful people we have met. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, going out of their way to assist us with everything we needed - from setting breakfast menu to collecting clothes from outdoors during the rain. Their passion for hospitality is evident in every small detail, and their constant smiles made our holiday so much brighter. It is rare to find such a personal touch and authentic care these days. We left feeling more like friends than just guests. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Ahangama Eco Villa is without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The host is one of the kindest people we have ever met and treated us like family, which made our stay truly special. The food was absolutely amazing – honestly the best meals we had during our trip. Everything was freshly prepared and full of flavor. The location is perfect: very close to everything you could want – the beach, the town center, shops, restaurants, and pubs are all within easy reach. The rooms are very clean, well equipped, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can really tell that the place is taken care of with love and attention to detail. We felt at home here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely come back!

“A good stay in a great location!! :)”
The pool/communal area was great - plenty of space and a lovely big pool to relax by after a busy day! The bed was massive and had mosquito nets which came in handy as there are a lot of bugs flying around this area. They offer bike rentals on site for 2000 rupees which we made use of for a day. The staff are so lovely and smiley and were always on hand to help!! The location of Eco Villa was great, was around a 5 minute walk into the main area, which meant it saved us spending money on Tuktuks

Lovely property and pool Very confused that there’s two properties, we were not aware of this, so I had to pay more than friends. Told don’t do food, however on different occasions, when none western guests were there, they ordered and did received food.
