“Don't book if you don't like the smell of ingrained cigarette smoke!”
Great location; we could see the towers of Iglesia de San Sebastián from the front terrace, and the apartment is just 2 minutes' walk from the pretty and historic centre of Agüimes. Sunny front terrace with one lounger and a couple of comfy chairs, but the space is not a place of beauty! Relativley well equipped kitchen for a brief stay [with a surprisingly large fridge and a washing machine!]

“Looks nice in the pictures but turned out to be an uncomfortable overpriced property.”
The property had some artistic touches and a nice roof terrace. Wifi was quite good. We were glad of the extra blankets. The washing machine came in handy.

A great apartment, decorated with taste and very well-equipped. The patios are a definite plus. It is perfectly located in the town centre of Aguimes.

“Lovely apartment in a very picturesque historic town.”
The location was excellent, right across the street from the historic district in Aguimes. Aguimes is an absolutely lovely old small town. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. We loved the balcony with a comfy sofa and lounge seat and enjoyed sitting out there and relaxing. The hosts provided useful information about Aguimes, including a map that showed the locations of interesting sculptures placed all around the historic district. We had a fun time searching for all of them, taking photographs etc. There was a public car park nearby, so parking was easy. I would recommend Villa Monica (and Aguimes) to any of my friends who visit Gran Canaria.

We loved the two balconies. The apartment was obviously so well loved. Everything was clean and well kept and it had everything you could think of. Amazing location close to the old town square, with amazing views from the back which is perched high over the town relating wall.
