If I could give 20 of 10, I would. The best accommodation we have ever had and not only in Portugal. Perfect location - few steps to the beach, few minutes to small grocery shops, great bakery, restaurants. Spacious parking in front of the house. Not far to train station with frequent trains to Porto (but check the timetable, between 10 and 11 we waited an hour). Everything we needed inside - three lovely bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher. And, oh, the terrace!!! We spent there all our breakfast time and most of the dinners, we were drinking a wine there in the evening listening to the sea. Lovely small aquarium across the street, worth visiting. Maybe not the top tourist spot, but a piece of Portugal we will remember forever.

The pictures dont do the property Justice. Its a stones throw from the beach and restaurants. Its very clean inside. Has everything you need for a stay with cutlery, self, bedding, towels etc. Really there's is nothing negative to say. We stayed there for a month. Washing machine and dishwasher were very handy. Loved sitting out on the balcony drinking a glass of Vino. The Hosts are very accommodating.

We spent 7 weeks in this house with our little son and felt right at home! Great location: it was wonderful to walk along the ocean every day, enjoy the beach, nearby restaurants and at the same time enjoy the tranquility of a small town. Aguda is well connected (very close to the train station, plus we often used uber, which was not a big expense. There are several small stores in the village, the larger supermarkets are 1.5-3km away, but it was really nice to walk to Lidl along the beautiful coastline. The sunny terraces on the first floor, the beautiful bedrooms and the renovated bathroom (which is not in the photos) are the biggest assets of this place! The hosts were so nice and friendly, responding quickly to all our needs! :) Also the cleaning service was great! The house was very clean; it is large (it has 3 double bedrooms, on the first floor there is a small toilet in addition to the kitchen and living room with dining area. The kitchen was well equipped, some of the decor elements were not the latest, but this did not bother us at all and you can see that a lot of heart was put into the place. We heartily recommend this place in Aguda, where we left many memories and will definitely return someday! :)

It was amazing! Great location, great place, spacious and clean. A lot of amenities and the hosts were just so nice and friendly. Perfect stay.

This is a lovely apartment, so close to the beach and restaurants/mini market. Was really clean with everything you could want. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, balcony was lovely to sit on and we ate out there a lot The owner was really helpful We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend

Everything. The apartment has 2 floors. 1st floor has living, dining room, kitchen pantry, small toilet/powder room and washing drying area. 2nd floor has A bath ,3 rooms with 2 rooms sharing a big balcony with sun lounger and the other one has a private balcony that we made use as our solarium so, EVEN TAN was made. REASON we LOVE it here. We travel to porto SAO BENTO from AGUDA station for 3.80€ back and forth. Sometimes from nearby GRANJA. Restaurant Zizi nearby serves good food and Fish Museum in front Has a good Bar. Sat and Sunday has a lot of people around the area and some shops close on Monday. Market is nearby, just take note that they have siesta time. 3 Coffee shops is also near the area.

Lovely accommodation, Júlio was a fantastic host.

A very comfortable and clean 2 storey apartment on the first and second floors. At the time we were there (October) a quiet location just a few doors from the sea, the coastal path and a 5minute walk from some really pleasant restaurants. A short walk, maybe a kilometer, from the railway station which, once you're got the CP app & ticket, provides a nice train ride into Porto - about 30mins.

Everything was alright, we loved it there, Its even better than on the pictures.

The property was very close to the beach, spacious, clean, aired, comfortable beds, lovely balconies for noon drinks and very nicely decorated. The proprietary was very attentive, called us to check if everything was ok and if we need anything.

Everything about this property is first class, location is perfect, apartment cleanliness perfect, size of apartment for 6 people perfect we could not fault anything. The apartment is only 100 metres to the beach, only 200 metre’s to a number of beachfront restaurants, only 300 metre’s to local shops and only 25 minute drive or 25 minute train journey to Porto for a lovely day out.
