Very clean! Great breakfast (local produce and excellent bread) We stayed for a few days, using the accomodation as an outpost for excursions to Sintra, Cascais, Lisbon etc. As well as a location to depart from towards the south of Portugal. Lots of parking available, safe location. Located a bit more remote so having your own transportation is required. Very peaceful and worthwhile!

“Beautiful, quiet guest house; very homely”
Beautiful guest house with lovely pool area, tasty continental breakfast, very clean and tidy and keyless access is super easy. As it’s a small venue it was nice that all the guests were in the same party. Full kitchen facilities are available! Would be great for a family or friends holiday to book out the whole venue.

“Comfortable stay”
A quiet location with easy access to main routes. Setubal just 20 minutes by car. A nice spacious bathroom. Good breakfast . Very well kept with a lovely pool. Towels provided. The host was very welcoming and attentive. Thank you for a lovely stay at your family home.

“A relaxing short break with excellent facilities and a clean environment”
Lovely property on a vineyard with superb facilities, our host Isabel was very helpful. We did the winery tour and tasting which was very informative and we purchased wine from Joao. Excellent pool which is shared between only four bedrooms so always plenty of room. The pool and surrounding areas are kept very clean. Traditional self-service breakfast and shared refrigerator for own use. Plenty of onsite parking.

“Very nice place!”
The place is brand new, super clean and cool in summer. The pool gets cleaned everyday. Lovely staff, especially the poolgirl. We also appreciated the bottle of wine and the interesting winetasting. We highly recommend this place!

I loved everything about the stay, too bad it was only for 1 night ;) We were lucky enough to be the only guests and the pool was a real treat! Clean minimal and comfortable, definitely recommend it!
