“First class property in a beautiful place, and owned by the most helpful lady.”

The property is privately owned by a wonderful Spanish lady, called, Sita. She really could not do enough to please us, and even gave us her phone number, just in case we needed anything else. The property was extremely well equipped, with everything you can think of, to help you enjoy your stay, and more. From a sewing kit, first aid kit, to a phrase book, shopping bag, washing machine, hair dryer, pots pans, corkscrew, etc. If you can think of it, Sita, has thought of it first. The property is fully airconditioned, with a balcony, that has stunning sea views. Sita even left us a couple of beers, and a tin of anchovies in the fridge, with a lovely welcome note. We never had to worry about leaving any valuables in the property either, as it was extremely secure with a double locking, high security door, inside a very secure apartment block, monitored by cctv. This apartment was spotlessly clean, with the most comfortable bed and quality bedding, as many towels for showering and washing yourself, to tea towels for drying dishes. There was plenty of toilet rolls too. kitchen roll and even napkins. There was even tea and coffee, olive oil, salt pepper, sugar, and even a tin by the door with some mints in it. This is an amazing property to stay in, and we would highly recommend it to any one wanting an apartment, big enough for up to two people.

This self catering apartment had everything you would want, from first aid kits, sewing repair kits, tea, coffee/machine to modern cooker/oven, washing machine, loads of towels and linen. The list is endless. Big supermarket next door. 10 mins walk to the beach. It was perfect for us. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the beach and a couple of minutes from the centre of town. There is a bus stop nearby with regular buses into Almeria - about 15 minutes . There are plenty of supermarkets, fruit and bread shops as well as cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The apartment has a balcony which gets the sun for most of the day. The owner, Sita, is a very helpful and welcoming host.

The apartment was great compact with all mod cons close to both beaches and bars and restaurants and Sita who looked after the apartment was brilliant and left wine and beer and nibbles for us
