“Out of the way but worth the effort.”
We stayed in a spacious two bed apartment, overlooking the Jungle. Very clean and comfortable, if a little dated. You really do see Toucans here. Lots of them! The swimming pool is fantastic (big and clean). It feels like an old deserted resort at first, then you realise people actually live here for part of the year and it’s quite a community. Highly recommended IF you have a 4WD to get here!

This location is just full of awe and wonder. I have never been anywhere like it. If you want to get close to nature this is the place.

The villa was extremely spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The surroundings were spectacular with toucans and other birds in the trees. Toucan valley is a residential community which has a few villas they holiday let. We were welcome to join in with community activities and the managers were very friendly and communicative and gave us all the information we needed

“Amazing!!”
The location was remote which made it so special, quiet and enjoyable. The home was immaculate and very comfortable. The facilities at the site were exceptional (swimming pool, ping pong, hiking trails, community garden...)

“Pure peace and quiet in a remote beautiful environment.”
The remoteness of the place, so peaceful with beautiful birds everywhere. I did the waterfall trail at 6.30am and it was a delight. There is a swimming pool and a thriving little local community.

“Toucan Valley can be wonderful or a real pain”
Outstanding location once you find the turn from main highway. But you must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle at least midsize.

“Great secluded place”
Long to get there (20 minutes uphill on an unpaved road, a 4x4 is a good idea) but once you're there it's a serene and very enjoyable place. Loved the close by waterfall. Our bungalow was nice and very well equipped.
