We were completely surprised by this hotel, it exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the very friendly staff, the suprisingly big and very well equipped room and the beautiful park around the hotel with its amazing pool. Breakfast was also excellent!

We stay out of season so didn’t use the swimming but it looked great. lots of easy parking. Breakfast and Dinner both good. very comfortable bed. very good shower

“Almost closed for the winter”
The 2 young men on duty were exceptional. They couldn’t do enough for us. They were very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were good and the grounds were very well kept. The rooms were fine, if not exactly ‘luxury’.

“Unpleasant very disappointing stay”
Both swimming pools are closed, but advertised as open and available. No managers to complain to. Very low level of customer service. I did not and could not have breakfast, even though it was included in my booking. Coffee was not included in my breakfast and I had to pay for it. Carelessness and unfriendliness.

“Hidden Gem”
The friendliness of all staff. No matter who you spoke to the staff were so helpful and were happy to assist. Some apologised for not knowing much English- but they really tried to make sure we all understood each other (with a little help from Google Translate!!) The pool was amazing and service for food and beverages were very quick. Breakfast- spot on. A wide range of food was delivered to your table with the option of any kind of eggs too. Perfect start to the day. Evening dinner- amazing. Set under the trees int he ambient garden setting, a lovely end to the day to eat, drink and be merry! Rooms- perfect for starting and finishing the day…spent most of the day by the pool anyways!
