“Very bad”
Location good but rooms ac and tv are not working properly and breakfast taste is not good and swimming pool is ugly and not clean and hotels staff making excuses for swimming pool.

“Very Very Poor”
We didn't liked anything about your property. The welcome was very poor. The rooms were not clean, it was dusty every where. The Beds had lizards and cockroaches, for which we as guests had to get the Hit Spray from the reception. The water bottles for the over night were not complimentary. The rooms had to be sprayed with room freshner the too from our own pockets.

“Not recommended for anybody.”
No geyser, room utterly poor, curtains were dirty , floor tiles broken , jet spray broken, bathroom light not working, had to stay with family just because it was late & we were tired

“Stay at the grand empire instead.”
2.However I went and complained and they took us to another one of their hotels which was clean and nice, the staff were great and we had a great tuk tuk driver who took us anywhere we needed and we fed the stray down down the road from the hotel. The hotel we ended up staying at was the grand empire. Book this instead of here.

The room had to be cleaned at 11pm when the guest arrived. It wasn’t in the condition that was expected.
