Breakfast was extremely well prepared, but service was not good. Room amenities were not there. Dinner was pathetic. No resturant staff was there for morning tea.

“Pathetic, frustrating, disappointing, waste of money”
This was the most pathetic experience of my stay in any hotel in my entire life..many of the facilities were not working...the staff was just careless about everything...I complained numerous times but it was not fixed....no hot water in bathroom, towels not available, house keeping not done, no water bottles kept in room despite telling everyday, the walls of the room were dampen and dirty, there was paan spitting on the wall (it was not cleaned even we complained many times), bathroom water spilling outside to the room....very very disappointing experience

“Courteous staff but certainly hotel has to improve a lot for safety and well being of customers”
Staff is friendly to change couple of rooms when there are issues with door lock and a complete water seepage inside the room due to leaking windows.

“Frustrating and fraudulent”
Nothing tbh, it was a crappy stay. Rude staff. Don't be fooled by the pictures. It's not even walking distance from Taj Mahal Entry gate. Area also seemed a little shady and btw the crowd was so eww. I had prepaid, else I would have left on arrival
