“Over all hotel is neat and clean staff is good and helful”
Over all hotel is neat and clean staff is good and friendly. Breakfast provided in buffet so that was also good. Location is just nearby to the main flathebad road so easy to access from the main road. Front office staff and housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful

Rooms were very dirty, with dirty beds and sheets, tv not working, lift not working, ac cannot be used, lots of mosquitos no repellent available, geyser not working even children had to take bath early morning with cold water, Washroom was not clean very bad experience went with family whole family was dissatisfied. Clogged washroom unclean washroom. Breakfast was pathetic, complimentary water given was local and even purchased water was local, we booked four rooms they gave us an interconnected room which was very small.

“Place was ok”
Room had space and dressing and everything. Although hot water was a issue but water was ok. Breakfast was included in the charges so atleast that thing was good. View from room was nice.
