Everything from blankets to pillow was disguised. Mosquitoes everywhere. Broken door handles, no safety at all.

Very bad experience in hotel

“Not what you expect. Pictures are so deceiving . Wow, what a Con Job!!”

There was nothing good about the place. Everyone needs to understand one big thing. Pictures are very deceiving. The funny thing is it will say lots of great things about the place, but in reality, it's only for show. I got there late and the place the room was dirty. The bed had major stains, and the washroom was a filth. No handsoap. Just atrocious. I got my money back and never turned back. People need to really understand one thing. Lots of these places you can book and don't need to pay. So when you get there, take a look at the room first, then ay if you like the place and not before that. That way, you don't get stuck with that filth.

The room was quite OK, also there are certain details in the cleaning of spaces, which could be better. I liked that it was rather quiet. The first day I had quite some issues to get to the location. I found that the description of where the location is, could be clearer.

The people they have hired for reception are extremely unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. The owner would be losing money because of them. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and have contributed to their earnings but the last time I stayed I didn't have a good experience for which I gave a feedback. So this time when I went there, inspite of booking in advance and making the payment the guy at the reception made me wait for more than 1 hour inspite of me requesting him to provide me the room as I needed to use the washroom. After making me wait for more than 1 hour he refused to give me the room. And I had to leave because he started arguing with me and I didn't feel safe. He charged at me saying how can I give a negative feedback, to which I said that the negative feedback was my honest review of my last experience. At last, I had to go to a different hotel. Would request the owner of the property and booking.com to take action against this man at the reception.

The property doesn't even provide drinking water, food is out of question. One of the reception person is extremely rude, an aged guy.
