“Hopeless”
We went to check in at the property and it was absolutely disgusting. The person at the front desk was clueless and very uncourteous. We decided to cancel it.

The manager was not available at the property.. A random person was managing all things and he was drunk at that time and he misbehaved with my family... Free a big fight he refused to give room .. I am planning to file a police case against that hotel.
