“Worse hotel in Agra! Please don’t plan your stay here, this is my honest review”
Nothing! everything was poor, service was ridiculous, they don’t go away until you don’t tip them, to get one thing right you have to call reception many times and they will not do anything, We not happy with the hotel service at all the room and the management doesn't don't really care! December time 10-12c temperature and there is no heating system, booking.com confirm of two kings size bed for family room and what we got is 2 single bed & one king size bed! No battery in remote, No shower, Cold Water in shower, No sandal in bathroom, Not many staff to assist, no one to be seen on the floor, no response to the call. Breakfast made us all sick with stomach issues! Even the AutoRickshaw guys said, this is the worst Hotel. Really disappointed, this hotel shouldn't be on booking.com
