“Only satisfactory to stay but it was not pleasent. Coordination between staff is not there.”
Basically it is a banquet not a hotel.

Hotel AS Royal needs improvement . Electric socket not working properly. Unable to charge mobile phone in any electric socket available in room. No kitchen/Restrorant. Minimum staff. Only one person doing all work. Manager, Room service etc.
