“Lovely oasis”

The property was a lovely little hide away 10 mins drive from Agonda beach. The wildlife around the villa was a pleasure to see. Staff were very helpful organising shuttles to the beach and day trips Food was excellent and all cooked fresh to order Watching sunset from the jacuzzi was gorgeous

Beautiful property. Well maintained. If you are with elderly family, just have to remember that there are quite a few stairs to to get to your room. In house breakfast was amazing as well.

We stayed at Simroseate Hotel in Goa for nine nights over Boxing Day through New Year’s, and it was absolutely perfect. We didn't want to leave! I have been to Goa many times and this by far my favourite hotel. Our room was so amazing - huge and super comfortable, with a Jacuzzi!! And having our own private pool and outdoor shower was such an enormous and luxurious treat! The location was spot on, away from the busy beach front hotels and a great jumping off point to all the amazing beaches the area has to offer. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful, they really made our stay - we loved every minute and will definitely be back!

Secluded with amazing views yet only 5 minutes from Agonda and surrounding beaches. Private and intimate and the decor of the hotel and villas are simply gorgeous! Think intricately designed wooden panelling, refurbished chic antique cupboards and heavy old carved front doors. The views over look the jungle and forest for miles in every direction and the sunset views from the rooms are to die for. The bedrooms are huge! The beds the most comfortable we have slept in (far better than the Taj Palace and most hotels in Europe) The service was also wonderful! This hotel has thought of every detail and has the right staff to execute a superior level of service and high quality experience.

The location and property were second to none and so beautiful. Such a peaceful location and felt like royalty. Food was also delicious.

The ambience, calmness and serenity is awesome. It's a perfect place to stay with family or friends with absolute privacy, dwelling with nature and its silence. The private pool and jacuzzi pretty relaxing.

The villas are beautifully constructed and offer a very private experience, with all the required amenities. The staff at Simrose made the experience ten times better - they are extremely attentive and go above and beyond for all your needs. Close to Agonda Beach and several restaurants in that area, but there is also very nice restaurant and bar at the property itself.

A very well designed and constructed property that made for a great stay, great hospitality, excellent set up, great food and total luxury. The owner of the property personally got involved in interacting with us. The staff are very well groomed and trained. The place is worth coming back again for an extended stay.
