“Fantastic location, we stayed in the beachfront huts overlooking the beach and sea”
We mostly had cheese or masala omelette and toast, with a cup of tea. My hubby tried the Indian breakfast and really enjoyed it too. It was the quieter part of the beach which really suited us as we wanted to go on the nature trip on a boat down the river. The room was lovely. We ate out at some gorgeous restaurants on the main road (Zest veggie restaurant, My Friends Place for seafood and Desi for steak)

1. Service Quality: The overall service was unsatisfactory. Multiple staff members, most notably the representative on night duty, were rude and demonstrated a lack of basic hospitality. 2. Amenities: The complimentary breakfast was of subpar quality. 3. Billing & Service Failure: Despite being charged a premium for room service, a simple request for a water bottle could not be fulfilled. This represents a clear failure to deliver value for the charges incurred.

“Garden view without a garden”
Rather big room. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Good water pressure. Breakfast included although a bit poor, and it was served in another building 150 m away up the beach. Quiet area. Hotel consists of many smaller 2 storie buildings surronded by green plants. Upper floor reach by ordinary staircase or metal stairs on the outside. Sand on the ground.

The.sea view rooms.are excellent. The location is on an amazing beach. The staff are also amazing, love.the street dogs who are friendly and so gentle. Super chilled place to stay. 100 percent the best in Goa north or south for the money. If I ever return to Goa this is where I'll be staying.
