“Greet budget stay”

“Great family stay”
Room exceeded our expectations. It was also equipped with kitchenette. Surprise for us as it wasn't mentioned in the description. Owners family is very nice and caring, ready to meet all demands. Mrs. Sevilla Fernandez and her husband work hard every day to maintain the property. Everything is clean and neat, very comfortable. Short walk to the beach.

The host is lovely, the rooms are clean, the location is excellent. Right by the beach and cafes, bars and atm. Also tuk tuks right there if you want to go somewhere.

“Thank you for a great stay!”
This guest house was a great place to relax (with good aircon!) with very easy access to the beach and the main street of Agonda. Everything was clean and well looked after. Our host was very kind and helped us organise onward travel in a taxi with a local company, which was very helpful!

Clean, well maintained property. Owners are friendly and helpful and they keep their rooms very clean and taken care of. They are also open to hear about improvements, like e.g. mosquito netting.

“A wonderful stay”
Really enjoyed our 4 night stay for New Year. Lovely clean room. Nice bedding & towels. Perfect location being a few minutes stroll to the beach. Also set back from the road, so no traffic noise. Really close to some beautiful restaurants and lovely little shops. The owner was really friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great location near one of the best beaches on our travels through Goa. We loved the he monkey antics in the trees next to the property The room was spotless and view at the back lovely. The owner was very nice helpful friendly and the room very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again if the owner stopped the mothballs and changed the mattress.
