Clean rooms that look like the Booking.com pictures. AC is attached to a thin wall above the bed that makes the bed vibrate and struggles during the day with the room size but it cools sufficiently at night. Bathroom is a good size and water pressure is good.

Villas here are a good size, with a comfortable queen bed. The food was very good, we had breakfast here everyday as couldn’t fault it. The staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. AJ in particular was first class. 10/10 for value.

Miles better than other properties in the area. Everything is done with care and our host Molly was so helpful and attentive, we really enjoyed our stay. It's distanced from the crammed beach area and cottages have reasonable distance from each other, unlike most other places that we saw. You can wash your feet before entering the cottage which was so great, since the whole area including the restaurant is sandy we simply didn't wear shoes for two days we stayed there. Speaking of the restaurant, it was one of our favourites throughout the entire stay. We had to stay at a different property later because this one was booked up, and kept coming back to their restaurant since everything was so delicious, and it was one of the few places in Goa where salads had enough leafy greens. I really regret not booking more days here.

The location of this property is the only value add as it is right next to the beach and a secluded place. The restaurant has good food.

“Cheerful beachside hut with tasty food next door”

We really enjoyed our relaxing couple nights at Royal Agonda. It is at the quieter south end of Agonda beach, so more peaceful than other parts. There is also an amazing restaurant right next to the huts, which serves tasty multi-cuisine food all day. The guy who owns the restaurant and huts is very welcoming and his 11 friendly pet dogs roam freely around the area too. Not as fancy as other places on the beach but good value for half the price of those, especially if you plan to spend most of the day outside!

Aseem the host is the friendliest pal you'll hope to make. Plus the restaurant especially the tiramisu is out of the world. Plus the cleanest beach youll see in South goa

The location was amazing and the food at the serene by the sea was mind blowing. The rooms are quite big with huge bathrooms and bed and ac was very comfortable.

beautiful place to stay on the top end of Agonda beach. The location was really peaceful but still within walking distance of good restaurants. If you want to eat at the hotel, Serena by the Sea is a great place to eat and watch the sea. We were also really close to Mumus surf school which was a great afternoon activity. Our room was really large and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and hope to visit again. Whilst we were there, the hotel had 3 gorgeous puppies and other lovely dogs :)

The property is very simple, it's ok but the places in North Agonda is a bit more cosy and nice. No breakfast included since there is no restaurant connected to the resort. The little restaurant connected to the resort did serve a ok breakfast and sundowners in the evening. We never had any dinner, so can't rate.

The place was nice and direct to the beach! Spacious rooms and the cottage is simply amazing! The owner Asim was very friendly and helpful, what an amazing guy. Highly recommend
