I really enjoyed my stay. The place is quiet, and access to the beach is very easy (less than 5 minutes). Everything is nearby. The property is clean, and the staff is helpful.

“Nice family run guesthouse, great location, and good value for money.”
The location of this homestay is fantastic - 5 minutes walk to the beach, and situated at one one end of the Agonda beach strip, so you can walk along the main road or beach to access restaurants, shops etc. The room itself was basic, but had great AC, a large bathroom, and a little seating area outside. The room was very clean, although I am not sure how often it is cleaned after arrival - I only stayed 3 nights. The owner was very responsive and helped me organise a taxi pick up, as well as giving local recommendations. The lady who prepared my room on arrival was very sweet and there is a true family run atmosphere. Towels are provided. Great value for money.

Very clean. Delightful staff. Aircon and hot water worked well. Would probably be good for a single person. Close to an excellent cafe (On the Rocks).

I felt very secure there as a woman, travelling allone. The room was very clean, in the shadow with a sweet sitting place outside. Pflefton is a fine gentle guy and arranged a scooter for me. I highly recommand this place if you want an onest indian home and not a luxury touristresort.
