Cosy private accomodation up the quieter end of Agonda Beach. Had decent fan, AC to keep the room cool. Very good price for a 2 night stay, simple but was just what we were looking for.

The front of the bungalow patio garden was nice, but let straight onto main road through thus quite busy with scooters, cars and people passing all times of day/night.

Excellent location, friendly host,close toshop

Gaspar is an excellent host! I arrived at 9:30 am and had an early check-in. The room is very well located, just a few steps from the beach, and is very well equipped and clean. Great wifi! The small kitchen is super useful, and has all the basics. The garden is very well maintained. It was a very pleasant stay!

Very comfy bed, small porch area added an extra layer of privacy, very short walk to the beach, had a shop next door to get water quickly.

Had a fabulous stay in a lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean with a deep, comfortable (English style) mattress. Direct access to the beach down a private pathway. Joseph and his family are great and can't do enough for you. All in all an excellent week and would 100% stay again.

From the moment that I booked this property, the management contacted me to offer a taxi service collection. It was seamless and made the long journey much easier as I arrived in Goa. The room was ready earlier at my request without a problem and was spotless. The location is perfect near the beach and they even helped me arrange a scooter; in fact their hospitality was amazing. I have travelled extensively but I can honestly recommend this property for total efficiency and great value for money. Looking forward to staying again year after year!

“Calm, clean, spacious, wonderful location. It felt like our home.”

The room is newly refurbished, and everything is exceptionally clean and fresh. There is a kitchenette with a fridge and induction plate to cook with, and brand new bathroom. The location is beach side, with a 2 minute walk to the sea. Quiet, it is still in the middle of everything you need, with good shops close by and a 10 minute walk to excellent restaurants. Fantastic owners, with great communication, and it feels very independent (rather than a chain).
