Wonderful accommodation right on the northern end of Agonda Beach. Very quiet end of an already quiet beach. easy stroll to plenty of shops, bars and hotel restaurants backing on the beach. Perfect to chill out there and lovely views breakfast served on your balcony, staff were just so nice and welcoming and helped us out no end. There are many stray dogs around on the beach, but it was no bother, they are friendly and not at all overbearing.

“Lovely Stay”
ASBVs are located at the north end of Agonda Beach. We had an upper villa, it was huge, with a huge bathroom to match with toiletries. It was a lovely space with plenty of storage, a full size fridge, kettle, TV, fan and a/c, a hairdryer and a jacuzzi. The electric sockets are not international so you may need an adapter. The wifi is excellent. We had a lovely balcony with comfy chairs overlooking the quiet beach. They have some beach beds and umbrellas and provide beach towels. They also provide breakfast which is plentiful and delicious, delivered to your room daily. There are 3 steep steps down to the bathroom. We moved the wooden shelf rack next to the steps as a hand rail. Thanks to Raj and Shiebu (chef) and the excellent housekeeping ladies for making our stay so comfortable. It's around a 25/30 min steady walk to the Agonda/church junction. Nothing to do with the property, but the dogs can be annoying. There are a lot of wild dogs roaming around which congregate nearby, barking, howling, whining. This is not an Agonda problem, it's in other areas too.

Location was fabulous- direct views onto the amazing beach. Raj was excellent- very friendly and helpful. He served us breakfast on our balcony each morning. Big and comfortable bed. Large fridge and kettle in the room.

The staff were fantastic, shout out to Raj, superb. The bed was huge, comfy, and what can I say the hot tub, over looking the beach was just magical. Will definitely return. Thank you Raj and team for a wonderful stay. 🙏

“Paradise and pure serenity”
I loved the villa, perfect location for the beautiful part of the beach, the room was clean and smelt amazing. The bed is huge and very comfortable, massive bathroom like a spa. There was a fridge, kettle, hairdryer and bathroom supples. The warm hot tub was the highlight. Raj looked after me, took my breakfast order every evening and delivered it me on my balcony with a smile. Highly recommend eating right next door at Arya, prices are very good, amazing staff and cook.
