“Lovely place to visit that doesn't have many tourists, which gave it a very authentic experience.”

The host was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. It was just a short walk for breakfast at a local meeting place, staff was very nice.. You need a car to get around, there was a beautiful waterfall \ 40 minutes away. The few from the room was gorgeous, overlooking the rolling hills. Agnone is known for making bells and we went to the factory, the tour was very interesting and ended with a bell concert.

The location of the B&B is perfect, in the Centro Storico of Agnone, with truly spectacular views from our room. While very basic, the facility is in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, well equipped bathroom. I would definitely return and recommend to friends. Parking easy right nearby. Excellent communication with owner.

Lovely B&B in the historical ancient center of Agnone. Check in and check out super easy, met by Valentina upon arrival, gave us a choice of rooms and explained breakfast, check out and some ideas of things to see. She speaks very good English. Strong wifi, tiny TV with only local channels, no air-conditioning so kept windows open all night for cool mountain breeze. Breakfast is served at a cafe 4 minute walk from b&b, usual Italian breakfast of filled croissants, orange juice, cafe latte. We ate dinner at a great restaurant on the main square - Terra Mia, breakfast Cafe also serves dinner. The staff at the Caffe Letterario are fantastic, we had a flat tire and Giuliano phoned around to find help and located an air compressor for us to use. Agnone is a lovely mountain top town and this Borgo is a great base to do some exploring.

I much appreciated the fact that our hostess, Valentina, drove into town to guide me to the hotel and immediately saw to our well-being, making us feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and bright and Valentina made no fuss about providing a separate bed for my sister - a request which had somehow been overlooked when l made the reservation. We enjoyed a short time spent on the wonderful roof terrace. Agnone was a sheer delight; the Bell Museum and Antique Book Library were fantastic.

We liked everything about Borgo San Pietro. The location was beautiful and convenient. The rooms were very comfortable and beautiful and the bathroom was wonderful. Breakfast was down the street at a cafe and was a perfect Italian breakfast. Valentina was lovely and very helpful and we will definitely be returning someday for a longer stay. We didn't want to leave!
