The historic Town of 1770 is a 10-minute drive away. Chinaman's Beach is just an 8-minute walk away, and is a great spot for a picnic or a swim. Relax in the quiet garden setting, offering great areas to enjoy a book or a drink. A BBQ area, self-service laundry facilities and on-site car parking are provided. Garden Cafe and Grill serves international cuisine, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Set amongst lush, tropical surrounds each spacious villa offers privacy and luxury. Each villa is fully self-contained and has 2 bathrooms and a private patio with garden views and a BBQ. Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms and living areas. Each villa also offers a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a living area offering leather lounges, an additional flat-screen TV and DVD player in the bedroom. We loved our stay in the villas. Our host Elvis was an incredible host. He accommodated all of our needs and even offered to drive us around since we were on foot. Amazing!

“One of those stays that just gets everything right”
The villa was beautiful, spacious, and so thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt private and peaceful, nestled amongst the trees, which made it even more special. The pool was superb, and the whole property was incredibly well maintained. You can really tell how much care goes into every detail. Genuinely couldn’t fault a thing, thank you for such a wonderful, easy stay. We’ll definitely be back!

“Beautiful villas in Agnes Waters”
Beautiful villas in a very spacious garden/area. So comfortable and well equipped. Everything is well thought. Coffee truck open every day with good coffee and excellent food. Elvis is such a lovely host, and even let us charge our EV.

Wow! What a wonderful place. We loved everything about the villa. The BBQ was a great touch, which we used every day of our stay. The villa was very well decorated with small details adding to the personal touch. All the facilities at property are modern, clean, and well maintained. The gardens and pond are incredible. Highly recommended.

“Relaxing in every way”
Elvis was a fantastic host, nothing was to much trouble. The location was quiet and the grounds beautiful. it was very relaxing, loved the shower, bed & pillows, everything really. There is a little coffee van permanently on the grounds, it sold the best coffee ever and fantastic food. It add a little feeling of extra special.

It is beautiful and just like the pictures, clean, tasteful and generous in size. We really enjoyed the days and used the pool extensively. The hosts are attentive and we have received a lot of useful tips. We would have loved to have stayed there for a long time.

Great accom if you have your own car. We love being away from the town so this was perfect for us. Pool was fantastic and so was the coffee from the caravan Make sure you have mosquito repellent! Bonus BBQ and also pull out couch.
