“A basement apartment located in a parking entrance!”

My overall experience in the apartment was good, even if I had a few minor things I disliked - I was able to rest in a confortable bed at night, it was a clean environment and if I wanted privacy I could close the curtains at the entrance (as this is a basement level flat, not ground floor) - this wasn't an issue for me but I believe an update should be made for future visitors. If I had any questions, host was quick to reply and be helpful, WIFI was good and even though I didn't use any of the kitchen facilities, you have things available if you want to cook. Honestly for what it is, it's a solid 7.5.

“A cozy, well-equipped apartment with a welcoming hostess and a convenient location”

The apartment is very cozy and big enough for 1 or 2 people. It was equipped with all the amenities: air-conditioning, laundry, TV etc. It was also very nice decorated and carefully prepared and cleaned for the guest. It had provided towels, sheets, shampooing for the whole duration of the stay. The veranda outside the apartment is also very cozy to relax. Stavroulla the hostess is a very warm and kind person and she took well care of me. She waited me upon arrival to welcome me, hand me the keys and show me the place. She was also available at any time for help through phone/text. The neighbourhood is also safe, close to many amenities and the high way for going to another city. I really liked this cozy apartment.

It suited my needs for a weekend away perfectly. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and there was a lovely park nearby for early morning walks. The location was good for where I needed to be, and it was easy to find.

The property is in a safe and central area. I walked to and from the university campus each morning and afternoon without any issues; the location is perfect for anyone attending conferences or other events at the campus. The room also has a spacious kitchen - very useful for self-catering.

Very nice apartment, very clean, well equipped and well designed. Great value for money! It is a bit far from the center and in a basement - but this is very clear in the announcement so there are no surprises. Definitely recommended

“Cozy and quiet place”

I liked everything. The room has all you need, very comfortable. I stayed with a dog and had no problem. Nearby there is a chic forest, places for walking. Stavrulla is a very nice host. Thanks for your hospitality

I loved the effort that was made to ensure that flat is cozy and comfortable. Nice crisp linnen and clean towels soaps and extra treats provided. Very comfortable bed and lots of movie channels. This flat is suitable for someone who just wants to travel light although there is a lot of cupboard space. There is also a washing machine. Lovely outdoor patio where you can relax and have your morning coffee. (coffee machine provided) it is one of the best fully furnished apartments I have stayed in. Good quality furniture. Host is very accommodating and friendly. Speaks English and Greek. I will be back!
