Lovely villa with a beautiful pool. Good rooms with plenty of space for 4 adults +1child. Good facilities. Good help and directions etc from owners and staff. We'd stay again

The location was a 10 minute walk from the main village hub which had a great mix of traditional tavernas and modern tavernas. The people were very friendly in San Stefanos. There was a pool bar next to the villa with a very friendly host, always good for a pint after a walk up the hill, Tzaros also sold packs of water so you didn't need to carry it up from the village. Jennny the cleaner was amazing

The villa was very clean with good air conditioning which was important in a heatwave. The pool was a perfect size for six adults. The cleaning lady came daily. The kitchen area was a good size with a proper full size oven. Bedrooms had lots of storage and comfy beds. The villa was only a short walk from cafes, restaurant and the beach. The views are stunning.

The view was lovely,lovely villa, short albeit steep walk down to shop and beach. Vasso who organised everything was incredibly helpful and Jenny who came to clean the villa was amazing and reported any minor issues to be fixed before we even noticed them - thank you The swinning pool and villa were lovely.

Apartment is lovely, the pool area and views are great. Agios Stefanos is a fantastic base for a Corfu holiday, we always enjoyed coming back to a family, relaxing beach after the busier more famous beaches. Host was super easy to deal with and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

“awesome amazing villa”

We have recently returned from staying in the the villa and we had an amazing week. The villa is fully equipped and has everything you need. The view from the villa is stunning and although the villa is set on a hill, there is an amazing small hotel on route to the villa that we visited for lunch most days and we always stopped for a final drink at TSAROS on the way home each evening. The owners at TSAROS also allowed us to spend a few hours at their Pool and use their washing facilities before our final departure which as so kind of them. Vasso visited daily to freshen the villa and to ensure that we had everything we needed. We have been visiting San Stefanos for many years but this was our first stay at Villa Del Mer and we enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year.

This is beautiful Villa set in the hill above Agios Stefanos. Yes, there is a walk up the hill to reach the Villa but please don’t be put off by this, it means you get spectacular views, uninterrupted sunsets and sunrises and privacy. The Villa had everything we needed and more. The pool - a great size and kept exceptionally clean via its own filtration system and a pool man who calls discreetly to carry out a through clean early in the morning. Bedrooms - the beds were all very comfortable and the air conditioning is effective. Mosquito shutters on the doors and windows meant we did not have any insect issues in the Villa. Lots of storage space and space in general made the rooms very comfortable. Outside space - the Sun loungers are really comfortable and there are both shaded areas and garden space, so suitable for everyone. The upper balcony provides a lovely spot for evening drinks and to watch the sun set over the beach. Daily housekeeping was very much appreciated. There are two lovely beaches within walking distance - Stefanos and Arillas, as well as a range of restaurants and bars. Margaritas supermarket at the bottom of the hill has all the basics and Akrotiri cafe at the top of the hill provides a fabulous spot for drinks, lunch or dinner.
