“An exceptional stay, made even better by the warm, attentive hosts and a perfect location”

Extremely friendly and helpful owners who were always available, even late at night, to answer questions and provide guidance and directions. They assisted us with arranging and booking taxis and offered excellent recommendations for places to visit, especially considering the warm and windy weather. The property is within walking distance of the beach and the taxi boats to Porto Timoni Beach, and just a short drive from Afionas, Canal d’Amour, Sidari, and 7th Heaven. There is an Italian restaurant just a 4-minute walk away, a great sunset-view restaurant about 400 meters away, and the village center with car and quad rentals is also within easy walking distance.

A gem of a hotel - wonderfully peaceful and quiet with sensational views. It is very small and all the guests are addressed by their names making it feel very welcoming. Cat and Theo are so friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. The rooms, although small, are very comfortable with everything you could need and the sun loungers probably the most comfortable I have ever experienced!

It was so peaceful. The views were beautiful. Kat and Theo were so lovely and kind and caring. The cleaner was extremely good and the chef very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was something else and we fully embraced all the ideas behind it and felt healthier as a result. There was a nice friendly atmosphere amongst the other guests as well. Everyone was quite chilled.

We had the perfect stay. Our hosts Cat and Theo were simply the best and You can’t get a warmer welcome and so informative on the local beaches/activities and restaurants and they couldn’t do enough for you. The location is perfect as it offers great views of the beach and walking distance to many places. It was so nice to spend time relaxing around the pool and breakfast was delicious, alternative as it’s a wellness resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunsea. Excellent location, close to the beach, clean rooms, and the breakfast was amazing. Last but not the least important, Kat and Theo are very kind hosts!

The property was quite high up and so there was a good view. The swimming pool area was nice to look onto. The couple running it were very friendly and available. The wellness ideas, on diet and exercise, were very much in line with my own approach.

Amazing hospitality by the hosts Kat and Theo. Never felt more welcome in any accommodation as I did there. Breakfast was really delicious and healthy. The room was spacious and clean. Just wish I had more time to stay, 100% recommend!

Subsea is a gorgeous boutique hotel with a focus on wellbeing and health. Small but perfectly formed, the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and with spacious bathrooms. Breakfast is included and continues the well-being theme with a farm to table approach using local ingredients and food science. Kat is a charming hostess, full of knowledge about Corfu and a clear love for the Island. The area itself, is stunning, right in the centre of olive groves with a beautiful beach and great choice of restaurants and tavernas. Kat also puts on a range of events like painting with wine and can organise extras like a massage on the beach.

Kat and Theo were great hosts, they were always checking in and were very attentive. They helped organise a late check in for us and arranged a transfer. They provided information about things to do in the area and gave us lots of delicious drinks by the pool.

Everything. Small, restful, friendly, big room with kitchen facilities. Nothing was too much trouble, so many great touches for example I’m at the pool waiting to leave and I’ve been brought a juice. Fantastic hosts.

Our stay at the Sunsea hotel was extraordinary and we will surely come back at some point. We just loved the hospitality from Kate and Theo. For us this was unprecedented and the owners made us really feel at home. Additionally, the hotel offers great sea views and a relaxing pool area. We especially also enjoyed the fresh and healthy breakfast. Agios Stefanos and in general Corfu’s west coast is awesome and thus we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

The friendly owners take care of you all day from morning to evening, that deserves recognition. Everywhere is clean, excellent breakfast. The only thing that is a bit stressful is the resort parking lot, but the owner is very helpful. The price of the stay also includes a soft drink by the pool, filtered water. We received a little attention when we left. We bow to you, it is a difficult job and you do it great, thank you very much
