“Exceptional service”

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at "Picture Suites Hotel – Living with a View" and honestly, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed as two adults with our 18-month-old son and felt welcome from the very first minute. The hotel only has 7 suites, which gives it a very personal boutique atmosphere instead of feeling crowded or impersonal. The service was incredibly warm, attentive and genuine throughout our entire stay. It is family-run and you can truly feel that. Our suite was spacious, spotless and very well equipped. Even though we did not book the biggest suite, we still had two bathrooms, a kitchenette with a proper fridge and freezer, kettle, stove and sink – which was extremely helpful traveling with a toddler. The terrace and sea view were simply stunning. Watching the sunsets over the northwest coast of Corfu every evening was unforgettable. The welcome amenities were amazing too: a large fruit platter, around 8 liters of bottled water, soft drinks, tonic water and even a bottle of rosé wine – all included and not charged like a minibar. Breakfast was yet another highlight. Every day we could individually choose what we wanted and at what time we wanted to eat. Everything was freshly prepared and served hot instead of sitting on a buffet for hours. The quality was excellent. What impressed us most was how child-friendly the hotel is. The staff constantly went above and beyond without us even having to ask. At breakfast they brought coloring sheets, pencils and playful straws for our son, and at the pool they surprised him with an inflatable toy. They were also incredibly understanding and flexible when it came to housekeeping. Each day the timing was adjusted according to nap times and our plans for the day. They even allowed us a later checkout free of charge because our son was still sleeping.

Excellent location with direct access to the beech. All facilities available onsite and additional restaurants, shops ect in very close proximity. Very generous host willing to help with requests.

Great location above the beach.. hosts couldn’t do enough to make us welcome .. lots of steps down to beach so need to be reasonably fit and able to walk up and down lots of steps.. breakfast chosen night before and very nice..

A hidden gem – the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! From the very first moment, you feel genuinely welcome – like coming home. With only a few suites, the atmosphere is peaceful, personal, and truly special. The staff is outstanding: warm, attentive, and always one step ahead without being intrusive. Everything is spotlessly clean, and thoughtful touches like free chilled water by the pool and beach make all the difference. There's direct access to the beautiful beach, with sunbeds for free. The views are breathtaking, especially at sunset – absolutely unforgettable. And the breakfast? Fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every single morning. Snacks at the beach are also very tasty. This place is pure perfection.

“Lovely Beachside Stay but too Short”

We were given a lovely greeting by Caterina on reception. Our case was taken up to our room whilst we signed in. A welcome bottle of wine and a large bowl of fruit were provided. The room was large, very clean, had a kitchenette, a very comfortable bed, and a balcony with a lovely view to the beach and sea. The bathroom was spacious. Everything was modern and tasteful. There were about 20 steps up to the room and 80 more to the beach, so bear that in mind if mobility is an issue. Beach towels were provided. The beach is very clean, and the fine sand is gently shelving into the sea. We found it lovely for swimming in early May. Several beach bars were open, providing sun beds, although the Pictures Suites beach bar and sunbeds were not open this early in the season. The hotel swimming pool looked lovely although we didn't use it. The balcony was large enough to eat at the table there. There was on-site car parking for a few cars which had to be booked in advance. I'm not sure about how easy roadside parking would be as the road to the property is quite narrow. There are several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Breakfast had to be pre-ordered from a large menu the evening before. Taken by the pool, the breakfast was delicious, served by the very friendly and helpful Giorgios, brother to Caterina. Although we only stayed one night, we were treated royally, and we left thinking we would have liked to stay longer.

“Marvelous vacation”

Our booked suite for 2 people is superbly equipped. A second separate toilet is particularly pleasant. The fridge was filled with drinks and drinking water was replenished daily. Room service couldn't have been better. Our suite had a magnificent view of the pool and the sea. The pool area and the entire complex are well maintained. We were given fluffy towels for swimming in the pool or sea, and loungers and parasols right by the water invited us to stay at the beach. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service - the entire team was extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast was magnificent, with a wide selection of fresh food and drinks to suit every taste. Upon request, breakfast, snacks and drinks were served on our sea-view balcony. We felt completely pampered and will definitely come back. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

We visited the property just now out of season in late October. The only negative is the pools are not heated. I have to emphasise this is the only negative- everything about this place is top notch - the views, the room, details, attention. They made our stay so personable and even went out of their way to help us with food/breakfast times. I would 100% anyone to go here!! This is a fantastic place to stay! Best coffee and cocktails INCREDIBLE !!!

“A warm hug in paradise”

Lena and her staff Liza George and Dora are the true gems of this place and that’s not to say the rest of the package isn’t absolutely fantastic. They are the most warm genuine and accommodating hosts Iv ever encountered. I was travelling with my 1 year old baby and they all made us so welcome. When it came to leave I felt sad like I was leaving a family home, but one of complete luxury. The view is so breathtaking be sure to stay in a balcony room to get the full effect of mountains to one side incredible blue ocean on the other. The attention to detail with the service is so thorough I really felt so well looked after and that they held the enjoyment of our stay and precious holiday with great value.
