The apartments are in beautiful gardens, just a short flat walk to the centre of Aghios Stefanos. Julia the host is amazing, very helpful and even met us personally at 12.45am when our flight was delayed. The apartment is nicely decorated with a good amount of storage and comfy beds. It was kept spotlessly clean with towel changes every other day. We were provided with tea, coffee, sugar and a couple of bottles of water plus some lovely sweet treats including a pot of pine honey. The balcony is of a good size with room for a table and chairs and is a lovely spot to sit and watch the sun go down.

Great location very close to the main bars and restaurants and beautiful sandy beach. Julia is a very accommodating host and is always on hand if you need anything Rooms are clean and peaceful with an amazingly comfortable bed. We will definitely return.

“Beautiful place in Agios Stefanos”

We had the nicest welcome at Floros. Julia was so nice. Gave us lots of tips what to do and where to eat. The room was small, but had everything one need. The balcony was surrounded by green which was super nice. You could walk to the beach and to all the restaurants. No car necessary at night. Highly recommend this place when staying in Agios Stefanos.

We stayed at Floros Apartments with my son and had a wonderful time. The villa is in a great location — just a few minutes walk to the beach and shops, with many restaurants and activities nearby. Our room was bright, clean, and comfortable, with a small kitchenette and daily housekeeping. Everything worked perfectly, including Wi-Fi, and the beds were very comfortable. The host, Julia, was amazing — she prepared snacks for our late arrival and gave us excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Thanks to her, we discovered some beautiful places, including Porto Timoni. We also enjoyed snorkeling and renting a boat at the nearby beach. Overall, it was an unforgettable holiday and I can highly recommend Floros Apartments.

Lovely garden area plus balcony, it offered right amount of privacy. The host was very chatty and welcoming, also gave us some information about places to visit and things to do.Room was nice and spacious with comfortable beds and clean. Shower was nice and spacious and nicely decorated with the hostess's personal touch giving it a homely feel.

“Amazing property in great location”

Excellent large studio an a quiet location, yet only a 5 min walk from San Stefanos main street. Julia is the most amazing host, so helpful. This was our 4th time in San Stefanos and cant wait to return to Floros.

Everything was amazing, the room was extremely clean , the location perfect and thanks to the owner Julia we managed to see as many as possible sightseeing.

Thank you for hosting us in Floros Apartments. Apartments near the beach and bus stop. The room had air conditioning and all possible facilities you need for a living and cooking. The host Julia was helpful with the airport transfer ordering and gave great recommendations on what to do around the town-area.

It was really clean! Felt very peaceful even though close to the shops/restaurants area! Staff were really nice and had great recommendations of things to do in the local area! Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

Location was perfect! Close to all the shops and restaurants and the beach. The host was really nice and helpfull, she gave us a lot of tips, where to go and what to visit. And there were free umbrellas to take to the beach. They cleaned the rooms everyday and it was really hygienic :)

Floros Apartments are a hidden gem!! Along with the host Julia! The apartments are very quiet and peaceful even though they are just 200m from the main street. There are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from which are all within easy walking distance. The beach is under a 10 minute walk away too! The grounds of the apartments are within beautifully kept gardens, the view from the balcony overlook these beautiful gardens too. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and serviced daily! Towel changes were every other day and bed linen changed too. Had a very comfy bed and the kitchenette served us well for making small lunches and breakfasts. The apartment also has very good air conditioning too!! Julia is just the kindest soul who cannot do enough for you. We cannot wait to be back and visit again in September. On arrival our room had: Fresh cut beautiful flowers (from the gardens), Water in our fridge, Plus some snacks, A few tea bags/coffee, We were also given in our room fresh fruit in the mornings off of the fruit trees from their grounds. Whilst we were here i also celebrated my Birthday. Julia went the extra mile and gifted me a bottle of Prosecco and a box of chocolates (This was just from seeing my Birthday Cards in the apartment). This was a very thoughtful gesture! We will be back very soon to spend some more time here and enjoy the beautiful peaceful Floros Apartments! Thank you Julia and Yannis!

“Simple, spotless and brilliant.”

Very quiet apartments just 200m from the main street. Loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. About a 7 minute stroll to the beach. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms have A/C which was a blessing. Lovely balcony with countryside views. Apartments serviced daily and spotlessly clean. Julia is the perfect host and provided lots of nice touches like some fruit or flowers from her beautiful garden. There was water in the fridge when we arrived which was very welcome. There was a mosquito killer machine in the room which was hugely appreciated. Insect screens on the windows too. The kitchenette is small with two rings, a kettle and enough dishes to make snacks.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment. Well maintained with towel changes almost daily. Well equipped. Set in a beautiful garden. Host, Julia is very helpful and friendly.

Julia is always so friendly and helpful. This is my second visit. The location is central but off the beaten track. The grounds are beautiful and it's very quiet.
