Our stay at Teo’s place was very good. The location is excellent, literally right by the sea — falling asleep to the sound of the waves is a truly lovely experience. The apartment is nice and comfortable for 2 people (possibly a bit limited for 3). Although there is no kitchen, there are plenty of places to eat and a supermarket right next door, so it’s not an issue. There is also a bus stop next to the property. We chose to rent a car for convenience, and Teo helped us with the process. We would recommend it, especially if you’d like to stay right by the sea and enjoy the sound of the waves.

Location is very good. It is a compact single room with toilet unit, amidst a bunch of restaurants being renovated in Stefanos beach front.

perfect location you literally step out onto the beach. the room is basic but has everything you need, is a bit of a squeeze for 3 people and cases but it worked perfectly for our one night stay. nice and close to the port too!

Excellent location! Right on the beach! Excellent tavern right next door with great food and coffee! Less than a minute walk from bus station which takes you to town in less than 5 minutes for only 2 euro! Right next to bus station in a mini market as well with everything you may need! Would definitely book this location again and again and again!

“A fabulous getaway from the bustling old port to a lovely beach.”

Super comfortable, clean and welcoming place. The location was excellent for orienting ourselves at the start of the holiday. It's not just near the beach, it's at the beach. Close to a friendly little snack bar, 100m from a minimarket and bus stop you reach by walking along the beach, as well as a very short ride to the New Port with its restaurants. Lovely sand and views of the port and south to Delos island. You can get everywhere by bus too.

Sakis, one of the people taking care of the room was very helpful, he picked us up from the port which isn’t at a walkable distance. The room is on the terrace of a beach restaurant, so the view from the tiny window is very nice.

“Sandy beach close to the ferry port”

Nice sandy beach with chairs and umbrellas (30 EUR/set) less than 2 metres from the only window of the room and less than half a nhour on foot from the ferry port. Good taverna with friendly owner 2 metres from the entry to the apartment. The room itself (in fact, it's not an apartment) is unique in the sense that it lies directly on the beach, separated from the latter by a small footpath which serves as access to the beach to everybody. If you don't like any privacy, you will be fine. Nights are very calm, even in high season, despite the beach and the restaurant a few steps away

“The Best Host!”

The host (Michalis) was the warmest and the most welcoming host we’ve met till date. He not only ensured that we had a comfortable stay in the apartment but really went out of the way to help us with luggage storage and a case of lost baggage. We had a great stay in Mykonos thanks to him. The room is also right next to the beach which is a great plus.

Incredible location! You are literally right on the beach front. Michael was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommend waking up early for sunrise and taking in the surrounds. even in peak season the beach was deserted at this time. Truly magical!
