Our stay at Sfendamos will be memorable, not only because of the beautiful location but also the very charming and well laid out wooden houses that form a small village of their own. Breakfast was one of our favourite moments during our stay, Mrs Maria would always greet us with a smile and prepare a fresh omelette or eggs upon request. The buffet was minimal but still provided enough to cover different dietary preferences, with variation from day to day. The building where the restaurant and bar operate is also another highlight, made entirely of wood with a majestic fireplace to keep it warm, it was the perfect place to relax after a day at the slopes and share a meal or have a drink with friends and family. The staff were extremely kind and made us felt very welcome. We are all eager to return during spring or autumn to re-experience the exceptional nature surrounding this little gem of an accommodation.

I loved every single detail. The buildings blend into nature. The view is mesmerising. A la carte dishes were excellent and Demetris prepared delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed. Instant hot water. The dogs were the highlight, showing you the way to your room!

“Great place to escape from a city”

Very warm and friendly attitude. Amazing nature. Delicious food in nice tableware. Good value for money (but we visited the village in low season). And the cutest guides, who can accompany guest during hike in surrounding forest!

Sfendamos village is a perfect escape from the city madness. Located in the middle of nowhere in the woods, it is a beautiful place surrounded by greenery and fresh air. It definitely exceeded my expectations! The chalets are amazing, very comfy, spacious and impeccably clean! They have everything you might need for a good stay. They also have a fireplace which contributes further for a lovely and romantic environment. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and the Wi-Fi is great. The owners and staff are extremely polite and ready to fulfill any request guests might have. There is also free parking on the site. The complex is extremely close to the ski resort,so it is also perfect for ski-lovers.

“We are already planning our next visit”

We came with 3 kids to go skiing at 3-5 Pigadia and had a truly magical stay here in the snow. The location is beautiful, we enjoyed exploring in the forest and saw deer and snow rabbits as well as many varied animal prints. Kids had snowball fights in the big treehouse and played with the dogs and cats. The chalet is warm and very comfortable. The salon/restaurant is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy coffee or the excellent food. The family are welcoming and very helpful with all our queries. Amazing value. And the local skiing instructors recommended by the hotel were also brilliant- an excellent location for learning to ski.

What a beautiful place! Amazing scenery. Our chalet was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous bedding and loved having our own fireplace. the main chalet for food was so cosy, huge choice at breakfast and the staff were lovely. Also very dog friendly
