The location is superb… wonderful panoramic views of the harbour, across the bay to Kefalonia and beyond. The pool was perfect… ideal for dipping in and out during the day Staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make recommendations and ensure our comfort

From the moment we arrived, Vagelis and his wonderful team made us feel instantly welcome and at ease. Everything about the check-in and the first impression was smooth, warm, and genuine. Whenever we had a personal request or question, it was answered quickly and always with great attention to detail. You can really feel that they put their heart into making sure guests are happy. The view from the property is absolutely fantastic – one of those sights you never get tired of. On top of that, the rooms are very quiet, which gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and comfort. All in all, it was a stay that felt both personal and special, and we would be more than happy to come back.

I'd love to return here again and again. Wonderful relaxing time at this villa overlooking the beautiful coastline. Waking up in the morning moments before the breathtaking sunrise and watching the sun go up while dipping in the pool is something I will never forget. The place is really well taken care of and Vagelis is a great & caring host, I got everything I needed during my time here.

Fantastic villa at the superb spot. Overlooking Agios Nikolaos, surrounded by nice greenery, with amazing, once in a lifetime sunrises over the main land and sea. Very modern design, extremly comfortable and clean. The private area with private pool, equipped by very nice sun beds, lasy bags, table and bbq area, everyrhing that one might need or would like to have. Vagelis, the owner, extremely helpfull, always available for any questions or advices. Knows the area and island perfectly, and will always give the best advice or idea, whether it is the matter of beaches, places to visit, restaurants, bars.

It's a perfect place where you can simultaneously have the feeling of home and holiday. The fantastic view over the sea, while you are still in bed, makes you not even want to leave the place. The host was incredibly patient and helpful with information and bookings on our name during our stay.

Having been to some villas in Tuscany or France before, this was something special. The host is completely at your disposal, he really cares about his guests, no problem with anything - this was the biggest plus during our stay. Villa has amazing views, all tavernas around offer delicious food. Overall, I recommend this place.

Everything was perfect! The view from the villa is stunning and the interior is stylish and comfortable. You can view beautiful sunrise every day and Vagelis (the owner) is very helpful if you need anything extra. Breakfasts are delicious and we also had massages which were great!

Unbelievable. Our best nights in Greece by some margin. Host couldn'tve done more to make us more welcome and helped us out with all of our needs. The room/pool/living area have some of the most amazing views available, waking up to the sunrise over the ocean is just something else. Don't hesitate to book, it's amazing.
