Fantastic view! The house is very aesthetic, we were provided everything we need, we really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend friends to stay here!

What a dreamy escape, even better than we expected! We absolutely fell in love with this villa the moment we arrived. The space is modern, however keeping a traditional feel to it, spacious, and beautifully designed. The open-plan layout and natural materials create a calming indoor-outdoor flow, and the views over the Ionian Sea are simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise! The outdoor area was a highlight: peaceful, private, and perfect for staying in by the pool or BBQ evenings with family. Everything was spotless thanks to the incredible staff, and the pool and garden were maintained to perfection, even visited twice daily to keep everything pristine. The location is unbeatable, perched above Agios Nikolaos, which we felt was the most scenic part of the island. And the hospitality made the experience even more special. Dimitris and the team were outstanding, always available and genuinely kind. This villa gave us exactly the relaxed, luxurious holiday we were hoping for and more. We’re already talking about our next visit!

The villa was absolutely stunning. The decor is a charming mix of traditional Greek stone mixed with new architectural styles. The bathrooms were wonderful and the bed, the most comfortable we have slept in. The private garden area was so beautiful it was tempting to spend the whole day there lazing just around the pool. The views are out of this world and the villa is located in what we thought to be the best area of the island overlooking Agios Nikolaus. Our host, Dimitris, tended to our every need from arranging a boat charter to booking restaurants. It was like having a personal concierge. The lovely staff kept the place immaculate everyday and the BBQ coals were always refreshed (we loved the place so much that we spent most evenings having BBQ diners rather than going out to the many different restaurants the area has to offer).

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at this villa in Zakinthos. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warm and attentive hosts, who were always available and ready to assist. The villa itself is stunning, with breathtaking views that made our time there even more memorable. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness—every detail was immaculate, thanks to the incredible cleaning lady who ensured everything was spotless. The pool was a highlight, too. We've never experienced a villa with such a well-maintained pool; the gardener visited twice a day to clean it and keep the outdoor area in perfect condition. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Lovely property in a fabulous location. So quiet and peaceful but with enough good restaurants around to make a special holiday. What a view and we could have sat on the terrace forever.

The most wonderful and beautiful villa I have stayed in. All amenities taken care of. Lovely restaurants nearby. Skinos especially. The villa with three bedrooms three bathrooms and three terraces. Lovely jacuzzi next to the pool And outside bbq. Beautiful morning sunrises.

We loved the location, which had a beautiful view down to the sea. The villa itself had a pool and was a romantic and cosy place to stay. We found that the couple who own the villa were very warm people who were so helpful and very kind. They certainly exceeded our expectations so thank you Sofia and Spiros!

It’s location was amazing and I knew it was very close to a little harbour and had more than enough restaurants and local places to eat , also it’s location on a slight hill overlooking the sea 🌝 the sunrises were amazing and the outdoor area with its infinity pool and spar tub was fantastic 😉 and also the rear verandas had the most perfect views day n night .

The staff were amazing - every single thing you could possibly want was catered for. We had a wonderful welcome package (fresh figs, honey, wine and olive oil) and departure gift, the barbecue was brilliant and was cleaned every morning after use which was incredible! The hosts were so welcoming and available if you needed anything. The pool had gorgeous views. The villa was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. The small beach nearby (Madrakia beach) had wonderfully clear waters and the sun loungers are free! The local supermarket was small but had everything you need.

The stay was fantastic, the villa is beautiful: Greek style, very well equipped and located, cleaned every day by a very nice team. Swimming pool with a beautiful view of the sea. We spent a wonderful week with our family (4 people). The hosts were extremely friendly, during our stay they gave us wine, olive oil, cake, figs and beautiful ceramics as a farewell gift. From the facility you can go to the beach at Agios Nikolaos Harbour in 10 minutes on foot, and around you can find taverns, a gas station, and a shop. The villa is also a great location for trips to other interesting places on the island.

“Beautiful views, relaxing stay”

We really enjoyed our week long stay. The view from the villa was even better than we had expected. There's lots of different areas to sit in the sun or shade, all with beautiful views of the sea. Although the villas are quite close together, there is a lot of privacy and we didn't feel overlooked. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well equipped if staying in to cook. We ate in some evenings sitting on the balcony. Restaurants are a short walk away, albeit down quite a steep hill. There is also a quick and easy delivery service from some of the restaurants nearby which was very good. The supermarket nearby is within walking distance, but again down a steep hill. Dimitris the host was very helpful and kind. He made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. We hope to return next year!

Fabulous villa with the most amazing view. Villa is very well equipped and both villa and pool area are cleaned daily. Owners and staff couldn’t be more helpful and attentive. Tavernas and shops all walking distance. 😃

“Wonderful stay in a beautiful area of the island.”

Beautifully located villa with views over the sea. It is tastefully decorated, well equipped and comfortable inside with a lovely outdoor area. It is a short walk downhill to the port and a handful of nice tavernas. Spyros and Sofia are wonderful hosts who make you feel right at home and are on hand to assist you with anything. Thoughtful arrival gifts were much appreciated. The pool area was cleaned thoroughly each day as was the villa interior.

The service was exceptional from the owner to the cleaner to the pool guy, all great. Smart TV for Netflix. All very well equipped. Regular towel changes Fridge was huge. Complimentary gifts, wine honey olive oil and the leaving gift. Fruit delivered to the door Perfectly cleaned pool every day Ease of parking Size of the property albeit there was just 2 of us but easily house 6 Balcony 1st thing in the morning with the sun belting down.

amazing views, the villa is beautiful both inside and outside, very well equipped including dish and laundry machines, very well equipped kitchen, beautiful furnitures and wonderful seaside and Sunrise views from all rooms. great and always available host to support with anything needed, good nearby restaurants and also a small super market. daily cleaning and towels changed as needed. had an amazing time and would definitely recommend!
