Great location at a very good value for the money. Swimming pool is great, the villa arrangement and the terase are gorgeous, when you wake up in the morning the sun rises from the sea and when is hot during day time it passes towards the back side of the house where there are no windows - no overheating. I have to mention that the owner is also very cooperative and friendly providing a lot of support before checking in, she left us to check in earlier than the usual time at no extra costs.

The pictures really don't do this villa justice as the view and location are incredible. It's a real find - close to shops and restaurants with boat trips and excursions on the doorstep. Great host, quick response time and sorted out the issue with cleaning the property as it hadn't been cleaned when we arrived but that was rectified within an hour of our making the host aware of the problem. Great space for a family of 4 - it would be too crowded for any more as there is only one bathroom/toilet. The balcony, views over the bay and stunning pool were all fantastic. So much to do and see - we had two teenagers who were never bored. Food is more pricey than we had anticipated but we treated ourselves and you can find some reasonably priced tavernas if you go off the beaten track or opt for lunch out rather than dinner. This villa is located in a very up market part of the island but a fabulous base from which to explore - we had two weeks and still haven't managed to see and do everything - we'll definitely be back to Zante!

Great scenic views from the infinity pool in a quiet location. We loved the hammock, which was in the shade for most of the day. Although the pool was shared with two other houses we only had to share on one occasion and there was plenty of sunbeds / parasols for everyone if needed.

“A lovely place”

Definitely an enjoyable and great value-for-money option if you want to discover Zante and avoid the crowds! Simply but tastefully decorated, offering the nicest view to the sea, near 2 lovely coves, the house was quite confortable for us and our 12-year old son. The pool was also a real plus!

Fantastic place to stay! Owner was very kind and always was in touch from booking to check-out. Check-in instructions are detailed and do not raise any questions. Location is quiet and convenient, there are restaurants and supermarket nearby within 1-2 km. The territory of the villa is clean and well-groomed, there are large swimming pool, barbecue area, large table with benches and parking space. The villa is large, equipped with everything you need and even more, detail has carefully been considered. Perfect sea-view from the balcony. We were absolutely delighted with our stay in this fantastic place!

“Relaxing days in a peaceful surrounding”

The villa is situated in a quiet surrounding and has a great view to the sea. The kitchen is very well equipped - we didn't miss anything. It is comfortable having a car to discover the Island but Agios Nicolaos and a small pebble beach are within walking distance (maybe not with small children when it is hot). We got important information and some tipps from the owner some days before our arrival which was a good service.
