Great location

The house was perfect for us! We were a family of five. The villa is modern and very well equipped. Alekos and Anna, the hosts, welcomed us warmly and were available to provide recommendations and help when needed. The garden is peaceful, and we enjoyed sitting there. The beach is only a few minutes away on foot. We really recommend it.

“A perfect stay in a beautiful part of Greece”

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We could use bikes and a SUP-board to paddle around the beautiful bays. We are very grateful for their help when my daughter needed a dokter. The house and terras are very nice and peaceful in a beautiful garden. You have everything you need in the house and if you feel something is missing the hosts are available. We felt very welcome and had a lovely time. Hope to be back one day.

great house in perfect location. we loved to have dinner under the big tree and enjoy the seaview and the sunset from the big terrace. several beaches were only a short walk away. alekos and ann are the nicest hosts and gave us vegetables and olive oil from their garden. we had such a lovely time there and can't wait to go back....

Property was amazing exactly my family and I weee looking for our vacation. The villa was organised and clean and had everything we wanted for our accommodation. Highly recommend for families with children.

The location was very quite with beautiful views and a wonderful garden full of olive and fruit trees and flourishing vegetable patch which Alekos kindly gave us some of his delicious vegetables from. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with great facilities. We borrowed the two bikes that were available and it was fun cycling in both directions along the coast.

Exceptional view, very clean, very comfortable, fully equipped, friendly hosts. It felt like home. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Pefnos. We will definitely stay again!

We spent two fabulous weeks at Villa Pefnos in March 2023. Anna and Aleco are pleasant and warm hosts. The flat is comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. The view from the terrace to the sea and the mountains always thrilled us. The olive grove with lemon trees and flowering plants is a feast for the eyes. We had something interesting to do for every day, exploring the surroundings, hiking in the mountains or going on excursions to the ancient sites, Messene, Sparta, Olympia.. So the time flew by far too quickly.

Perfect location , quiet but near to Agios Nikolaos - Dimitrios and Stoupa . Beaches , restaurants only a short distance by foot or by bikes ( frree to use ) Beautiful gardens and flowers , a peaceful paradise ! Many thanks to Alekos . We look forward to come again .

Amazing place. The location, the views, the garden, the space itself. Place was very clean with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed/linens. Incredibly kind, friendly and hospitable hosts. Easy walk to nice places to swim and a great tavern. A bit further and an easy flat walk to many more taverns, a mini market and nice bakery.

Totally value for money!
