We were looking for a quiet relaxing place to wind down for 6 days and we found it at the Seaside Apartment. My favorite part was sitting on the terrace in the morning, having my coffee and the only sound I could hear were the waves 20 meters away. The location was perfect - very close to the village where there is a mini-market and numerous good restaurants. 10 minutes walk there is a sandy beach. Agios Nikolaus is a good starting point to explore the southern part of the Peloponnese. Our hosts were wonderful, warm and hospitable, and cared about our being comfortable. They welcomed us with a bottle of local wine.

Fabulous location right by the sea and really close to the main harbour and restaurants. Warm enough for winter and very happy with my second stay here. I will be returning for sure. There was a heavy storm whilst I was there, with trees blown over the road, but the apartment was secure and it was really atmospheric watching the sea. The locals cleared the whole area very quickly with a tractor the next morning too.

Exactly as stated. Right on the sea with a large terrace. Very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Lovely bathroom and shower. Fantastic location with a short walk into the village and harbour. I will definitely be back to stay.
