Subject: Fantastic Stay! Clean, Quiet, and Excellent Service Accommodation and Comfort: The property was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which was ideal for relaxing. Location and Amenities: The house is conveniently located near Agios Nikolaos harbour (a short, flat walk to the bars and tavernas) and is also within easy walking distance of Pantazi beach. The flat walking made all trips very easy and relaxing. Highlights: The upstairs terrace was wonderful, offering lovely sea views over the olive trees and rooftops. Watching the sunsets from the comfortable sunbeds was a daily pleasure. Service and Maintenance: The property management team provided truly exceptional service. They were very attentive, always respecting our privacy, while ensuring everything was maintained (bins emptied, functionality checked). We especially appreciated the fresh towels and sheets every few days. They even supplied fire wood, though the house was so warm we didn't need it! We would happily recommend this property to others and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location and its surroundings. The views of the sea, the mountains behind, the olive trees all around. Very quiet yet the walk to the restaurants and village centre was an easy 8 minutes.

The location was very good, close to shops, bars, cafes and restaurants but also set back so very peaceful. Spotlessly clean, plenty of clean fluffy towels, regular linen changes. We probably didn’t need all the space offered, so it would be perfect for families or two couples as there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms Very well equipped with all you needed. Washing machine was a bonus too

The property was just a 5 minute walk from the harbour and in a quiet area. Sunrise and sunset from the upstairs terrace were beautiful and there was a view to the sea in one direction and the mountains in another. It was lovely to have a terrace on the ground floor too. The house was perfect - very well equipped, exceptionally clean and it was good to have parking space in the grounds. The hosts were easy to contact and were very prompt to resolve a problem. We really enjoyed our stay and were glad we chose Agios Nikolaos and Nikoloudi Estate. Highly recommended. 😊

“The best accommodation in Agios Nikolaos”

The house is so great that not only can you have a vacation there but also comfortably live there. It has everything necessary and more. From blow dryer to iron, dish washing machine, clothes washing machine, microwave and all the other kitchen utensils. The house is cleaned every two days along with the garden and the balcony. The village, the houses' location, the view from the balcony, everything is absolutely fantastic. If there was a way to give the accommodation a 20/10 rating I most certainly would. This is the best accommodation we have had so far.
