The apartment and the village were absolutely perfect and the hosts could not have been nicer or more friendly. There were some fantastic places to eat, it was just gorgeous

Exelent location. Exelent flat with all you need. Very comfortable beds. Lots of restaurants just downstairs. But no street noise as bedroom windows are on side street. And the Ice cream you definatelly have to taste! Great beach nearby for snorkeling. That was the best apartment we had during our 8 days in Mani.

The place was modern, clean, equipped like a quality hotel. The location was stunning - in the center of the village above the restaurants overlooking the beautiful harbor and the village. Charming and welcoming people. Below the place there is a restaurant serving breakfast, sweets and an ice cream parlor and it is owned by the same owners who also give 20% on everything to the guests of the place.

This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in! Happily situated in the centre of Agios Nikolaos, a perfect spot for the best restaurants, in easy reach of all of Mani attractions. Central, yet quiet. Beautiful apartment, perfect for a family of four. Spacious and cosy with great air conditioning. The beds were so comfortable we had a hard time getting up... The staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to help with any questions (and their restaurant serves fantastic breakfast and desserts).

The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet side street yet convenient area that made exploring the local attractions a breeze. Everything from shopping to delightful cafes and restaurants were just a short stroll away. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure every corner was spotless, making it a comfortable and inviting place to unwind after a day of sightseeing or at the beach. One of the highlights of this apartment is its modern design. The interiors are tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings and stylish decor, providing a chic and cosy atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a spacious living area that made our stay feel just like home. The balcony and veranda were my favourite features. The balcony offered stunning views of the fishing harbour , perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The veranda was an excellent spot for dining al fresco or simply lounging with a good book. Both outdoor spaces added a delightful dimension to our stay, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery in comfort and privacy. Overall, this holiday apartment provided an exceptional experience.
