Excellent choice. Location is great, the villa is very clean, wide with comfortable beds. Very quite and isolated. Bottom line, highly recommended!

Everything is in the best order. I rate the stay as very successful. The villa was spacious, well-equipped, and well-maintained. The contact with the owner was at the highest level. The private pool exceeded our wildest expectations and made our stay unforgettable. The style and architectural design of the villa perfectly matched to the landscape and suited our taste. We highly recommend it if you want to relax away from tourist crowds and visit a less commercialized place.

“Perfect villa, relaxing and private”

Location was great, a very private and quiet villa with its own pool. Clean and well equipped, fridge with freezer, washing machine, two bathrooms with showers. We booked villa III. We were just 2 people and it was exactly what we were looking for after a few days in Athens and a hotel stay in Nafplion. We really relaxed here, listened to podcasts and swam. There's a huge supermarket 5 mins drive away and you can walk to Agios Nikolaos - very pretty fishing village with good traditional restaurants, one slightly more upmarket/cosmopolitan, good bars and friendly service. Comfy bed. Really good value for money. We have been to the Mani regularly over the last 12 years, stayed in the top hotels in Gerolimenas and Areopolis which were fabulous. On our next visit we will book here.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing that I would complain about is the beds are very hard and the single beds quite narrow. If a topper could you be provided then everything would be perfect.

“A fantastic villa in a beautiful location.”

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Gea Mani Villa 2. The villa is in a peaceful location and only a few minutes by car from Agios Nikolaos. Communication with Sophia was excellent throughout and the welcome basket on arrival was so thoughtful. The villa was spotlessly clean and we were well looked after during our stay by Denisa, who regularly came to freshen up and Hermes who checked the pool. The villa is stylish, each bedroom has its own ensuite and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. The pool was a perfect size for swimming and pool games. Agios Nikolaos is just down the hill and is a lovely, picturesque fishing village with a great choice of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. We walked in on a few evenings enjoying the sunset as we went. The pool, the villa and the terrace all offered stunning views of the mountains and the sea. We really miss watching the mountains change colour from the terrace as the sun sets. There are some beautiful villages and beaches in the area and wherever we drove we were rewarded with amazing views. We highly recommend both the villa and Agios Nikolaos and hope to return to explore more of the Mani. A fantastic holiday, we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you

The location is amazing, with beautiful views. It is also very quiet. The pool was fantastic and very clean. The villa is smartly appointed in a modern style. The beaches nearby are excellent as is the local port town. Food all of good quality in the tavernas. About an hours drive from the airport. We loved it!
