“A wonderful place to stay”

Faros is in amazing location just on the sea. There’s fantastic swimming right outside, and free sunbeds for Faros’ guests. It’s very quiet and peaceful, but only two minutes away from all the restaurants and watering places. You don’t need a car to be here. The owners couldn’t be kinder or more helpful, and can help with taxi pick-up’s and drop-off’s at Kalamata airport. The room is simple and spotlessly clean. Super comfy bed, and faultless wifi for work calls and streaming. Couldn’t be happier with my holiday!

The hostesses are very friendly. They will clean daily your apartment, provides three times a week new bedsheets and towels, and make sure you have enough water and fresh orange juice. Super location, very clean and balcony with see view. In two minutes you are sitting in the centre.

“Lovely in every way”

Outstanding location, sparkling clean and the nicest and friendliest owners. Couldn't wish for better. The airconditioning kept our room lovely and cool overnight and the location meant it is a very short stroll to the lovely harbour village of Agios Nikolaos with tavernas, bars, shops and beaches. Stefania gave us a bottle of freshly squeezed orange juice which was absolutely delicious. Our room also had a lovely balcony to sit outside and read. 10/10!!!

The best location …. and views! Very close to all the bars and restaurants but without everyone passing in front of your balcony, so very private. The room is basic but was exceptionally clean, comfortable and practical, AC is very good! There is an area with sunbeds only for Faros guests, right next to the sea with steps down to the water, the snorkelling from there towards the small harbour is amazing. The owners are really lovely without being overbearing, they just want you to be happy and have a great holiday … we will not hesitate to book again.

Great location on the headland in Ag Nic. Taverns next door for breakfast / lunch or dinner. Other good restaurants & bars 5 mins walk. Hosts were so considerate and brought water, fresh cherries and freshly squeezed OJ whilst relaxing on the loungers looking out to sea. You can launch into the sea off the platform / steps. Functional bedroom, comfy beds and crisp white linen. Air con. Fridge and closet in room. Balcony. Easy parking within a stones throw.

The location is just amazing, despite it is not a sand beach, the access to the sea through the “pool stairs” is fantastic.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and it is absolutely exceptional. Stefania and her family are incredibly gracious hosts, the location is fantastic — located right in the heart of one of the truly special coastal village of Mani (Agios Nikolaos). You are literally steps from a vibrant little town full of cafes and restaurants. The warm vibes we encounter here always entice us to come back as soon as possible.
