“Lovel location in a cute fishing village. Great as a base for touring the Mani peninsula”

Beautiful location just 1 block off the beach and an easy walk to the village with restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc. Parking was easy in front of our unit. Water is not drinkable, so hosts had provided a bottle, along with a bottle of wine and some crisp bread, honey, butter, and jam.

Spotlessly clean, had everything I needed to be self contained, excellent location, bathrobe, slippers, complimentary water, wine and snacks. Exceptionally quiet, especially at night.

Great location and easy parking, super clean apartment. Beautiful walks up to the hills amongst the olive trees, lovely tavernas nearby. Big and comfortable bed, huge shower with good hot water.

The house was absolutely beautiful. It’s new, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. It’s very obvious that the owner put a lot of care into every detail. The bed was extremely comfortable and the TV was huge! Nice touches like a robe, slippers, a bottle of wine, coffee, water, and bread with jams were provided, which made the experience feel even more welcoming and special. 10 out of 10 stay, highly recommend!

I love the architecture and the decor, the facilities and particularly the garden landscaping and the privacy. It is a stunning location also close to the sea and in the heart of the village.

Beautiful suites, great for our family of 6. We stayed in two side by side suites. Beautiful gardens, modern rooms, great bathrooms, lots of great features in the rooms. Outdoor window shutters for all windows, great for safety and to block out light for sleeping. Lovely little touches with complimentary water, fruit, spreads, bottle of wine. Host was very obliging and helpful.

Great location, just a stones throw from the sea front and numerous restaurant. Aghios Nikolaus is a lovely place to stay. Calm suites is a very good a modern studio type accommodation.

The location was perfect. The cavities were spot on, we had the one bedroom house, great balconies/terrace. Very modern and nice touches. Really loved our stay.

The location was excellent and the facilities in the apartment were fantastic. It is a great place to stay if you are visiting Agios Nikolaos. Just two minutes walk from the centre, easy parking, very convenient and a beautiful property. There was also a fantastic welcome basket and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Modern well designed apartment. Check-in was flexible and lots of information provided. The beds, bedding and toiletries were high quality and there were lots of thoughtful extras - water, wine, jams and olive oil. A lovely big terrace but sadly only one lounge chair however there were 4 outside dining chairs we were able to use. The wireless speaker was a fun bonus for the teens. The harbour with lots of shops and restaurants a very short walk. Daily cleaning.
