We booked last minute, on a bank holiday and the owners could not have been more helpful or welcoming. Very clean, comfy beds, lots of space, lovely courtyard

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking was a real bonus. It is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. The lady Nikoletta was very helpful and left us some gifts.

The location was perfect! The most beautiful place I have ever been to. The restaurants along the quay are wonderful and there is a beautiful beach that is a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute cycle. Shops are a stones throw.

The property is right in front of the sea, conveniently located in the small fishing village next to the tavernas and has its own parking space. It is a fully equipped , two storey apartment that can sleep max 5 persons, if needed. It is very clean and the owner, Nikoletta, is very friendly, hospitable and eager to assist. She left us some tomatoes, cucumbers and eggs in the fridge on our first day, plus a small bag with takeaway goodies (olive oil, olives and herbs).

Fantastic location looking onto sea from a terrace downstairs and balcony upstairs. Very quiet despite being close to centre of village with lovely bars and restaurants. Lovely welcome pack. Very clean and homely. More like a one bed house. Extra toilet downstairs handy. Parking on site. Owners very helpful with early luggage drop off.

Communication from Nikos and Nikolleta was great. Apartments are very close to the village centre and they are very good, everything you need to prepare food if needed. The carpark being under the property is a bonus as you're not having to get into a very hot vehicle to go sightseeing. The fruit and eggs given by the owners are a great help and very tasty. Would go back again when in the area on holiday.

The location of the apartment was fantastic with a balcony with a wonderful sea view. A short walk to the village with shops and tavernas. It was a great place to relax or visit local attractions. Very helpful host with lovely local food gifts of olives and olive oil from their farm. Thank you to the hosts!

Alkyoni Apartments is the home you dream of when going on a vacation to the Mediterranean. The boring, but important things: all practical details, amenities and services you gather from the information and the pictures on Booking are as good as you could hope for. They come and clean the apartment every second day, so you're basically getting hotel service. The free parking garage is perfect for your car. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen, everything is as it should be. But that is not the main reason why you go. The view from the two(!) balconies out to the ocean is just wild, worth the cost in itself.

Staying at Alkyoni Apartments was a wonderful experience. The apartments are very spacious, extremely clean and in the best location. On arrival we found a lovely welcome pack with homemade cake, olive oil, etc. It is a very short distance to the local restaurants, and there is lots to explore in the area. Nikos and Nikoleta were the perfect hosts, friendly, very helpful and gave us a very warm welcome. Highly recommend!

“Peaceful and perfect”

The apartment is a wonderful place to stay in Agios Nikolaos. The location is very close to the stunning harbour. The room is on two floors, with two balconies with a view of the sea. The bathroom has been refurbished and has a good shower. There is also a separate WC. Cleanliness is very good. The family made us very welcome and provided us with treats. This was our second visit here and we will definitely return Thank you

The place is located in the heart of Saint Nicolas village, and just a few meters from the sea. The owners were extremely welcoming and king, and also treated us with local, homemade, and traditional products. There is private parking so you can always have a place for your car. It is close to a lot of popular beaches and places, and it is an ideal place to spend your vacation.

The views from both balconies and the location - it was fanstastic to be able to access the sea for a swim before breakfast each day, and also so near restaurants and a small supermarket. Our host, Nicolette, was lovely and the welcome pack was exceptionally generous, we particularly loveed the homemade cake and olive oil soap.
