- The 'living room' is actually the outdoor space near the small pool and it's great for relaxing in the sun on comfy chairs, with some cover etc. Lovely to spend so long being outside but with shade if you want it. - It's just a 7-8 mins walk close to the lovely resort (if busy/crowded beach), from which you can also access Milos beach (a quiet stunner!) by boat taxi or a 20-25 mins hilly walk - The indoor part of the accommodation - one bedroom with a double bed and a single, and a bathroom - was good. - Some decent facilities - fridge, and air con units in both bedrooms

Perfect base for us as a family of 3 with a toddler. Pool was a blessing in the heat and we loved the outdoor kitchen area (which was very well equipped). Location also brilliant within short walking distance of bakery, shops, beach and restaurants. Barbara was a wonderful host and available for whatever we needed.

We had a wonderful stay . It felt so much like home but better with an amazing out door space , kitchen with everything you need , small pool that was a luxury to have . We spent 2 days not even going out because we loved our little villa. Best nights sleeps bed was so comfy . Our 3rd accomation on a 3 week holiday . The best The hosts Barbara and Nikos we so sweet . They alway made sure we was OK. Regular clean sheets and the place was spotless. We will definitely recommend to our friends . The location too was perfect . We didn't have a car like many but we're so close to resturants and shops . We got the bus to one beach and two others were walking distance . It was quiet , relaxing and fun all together . PERFECT !

The apartment was in a good location just outside of the town but very quick access to the beach and all other amenities. The pool was nice and private and the open plan area was well serviced with loungers and other relaxing seating. The double bed is very comfortable. It’s lovely to watch the sunset and enjoy the sea view while relaxing outside.

The studio was beautifully presented and the outdoor kitchen was amazing! The bedroom was cool and comfortable. The pool was ideal for cooling off and admiring the lovely sea views. The most comfortable sun beds ever! A magical oasis - loved the owner’s cats!

Wonderful property and hosts. The outdoor space is superb in its feel, design and facilities. The owners attention to the little extra details such as beach chairs (the islands beaches are pebbly) to a lovely peace of drift wood to rest your feet on when sitting on the pool wall looking over the village to the sea. Location great, both for walking down for a sunrise swim or down to the tavernas in the evenings.

Fabulous location. gorgeous laid back, comfortable, creative indoor outdoor design living, including 2 bathrooms, loungers, a hammock, a small refreshing pool, great shaded outdoor living area with a long wooden dining table, bbq, pizza oven, hob, coffee machine, nice crockery - ample of everything. Stunning view over the roof tiles across to the water. Sunsets over the distant hills. Lots of personal touches and everything one needs for a relaxing break. Coffee at Osteria’s is 2mins walk from the villa, down a beautiful winding stone pathway, clad with bourgonvilia & wisteria with the village strip of tavernas and shops a mere few minutes further down the way. The beach is clean and the water sublime. Every 20 minutes for 6 euros return trip you can catch a boat taxi to Milos beach around the bay. Only accessible by boat, this is a stunning beach with crystal clear, aquamarine water for fabulous swimming. At the opposite end of the beach Tanja offers excellent remedial massage in the shade for €20 fir 30 mins - we had two massages on consecutive days. The owners of the villa, Barbara and Nicos were welcoming, helpful, friendly & unobtrusive. They kindly provided ice cold drinks on arrival, which were very welcome in the heat after our flight and taxi transfer. I will definitely be back here again and will recommend the island, accommodation and everything about this magical place.

The location was ideal, high enough for sea views but really quick and easy to walk into town and the beach front via the back streets and stop at little bars on the way for coffees/beers with lovely views. Town is gorgeous and with plenty of life to it.

We liked the location of Villa! Agios Nikitas is small village but most beautiful in Lefkada. Nikos was really kind, we didn’t have any problems. We didn’t expect such a clean apartment and also they came every morning to clean the pool. They also change our sheets and towels every third day. We would come back!

This is a lovely apartment, a really special place to relax, cook for yourselves if you choose to, and enjoy. Bedroom is comfy. and the covered patio/cooking/dining/pool area is a delight.
