The owner was exceptionally accomodating. He made sure I was totally cosy in my stay. I needed to do laundry and he gave me a tutorial and made sure there was detergent for me to use. The location is fantastic. The nearby beach was endorsed to me by Nikolas as “one of the best in Greece” and I would have to concur. I did make the mistake of walking down - doable, but sweaty! I would recommend driving down as there seemed to be ample parking. Room was great. Smart TV worked properly with wifi connected and all. The beds were lovely and comfy. Nice mein honey given as a complement. Bathroom was great. A nice little porch to hang out on. Kitchen is fully equipped.

The hosts were very kind, the accommodation was as we expected. The room, the toilet, the kitchen were very clean with new dishes and appliances. Private parking in the yard. We are very satisfied with the accommodation and with the availability and kindness of the hosts.

We enjoyed our stay. There was enough room for the 4 of us and the beds were comfy. There was also a Netflix account saved on the tv so we could enjoy some late evenings. The room was really clean, the sheets and towels were changed after about 3 days and it was nice for the garbage to be taken out daily. We had everything we needed there for the 7 nights stay.

Good location, with nice little apartment and surroundings. Terrace was exceptional. There is also parking available and AC in the room. Owner was very frinedly and helped us even with early check in. The room has been cleaned couple times during our stay.

the apartment had almost everything, right down to clothespins for sealing freezer bags😎 the staff, including the woman who cleaned our room (saint woman, we had to work and she didn’t interfere)

“Nice studio”

The property is quite close to the city and a few minutes drive to the most beautiful beaches from Lefkada (Avali, Kathisma etc.). The studio was clean and the host very friendly and helpful. We liked that there was enough space for parking and that the balcony was huge and protected from sun. Also, we appreciated that the water pressure was very good.

The location of the property was very near to the one of the best beaches of Greece... Kathisma. Our staying was amazing..we visited also Porto katsiki and Egremi beach. AGIOS NIKITAS was 5 min from us,,a lot of taverns with delicious traditional greek food,, We really loved it and for sure we are coming back at Nicolas and Locias studios.

Thank you for your hospitality Nikos et Georgia! They were always in contact. The studio was great! Very clean, very close to the beach Kathisma, new and very calm. Also really appreciate Nikos picked us up from the bus stop. Btw for travellers like us there is a public bus every day.

Location is in peaceful part of Agios Nikitas and yet close to city and few minutes of drive to best beaches in Lefkada (Kathisma, Mylos...). Of course you can also walk to both and avoid parking problems on both mentioned beaches. Also Lefkada town is like 15 minutes away and at hand when you want to explore beautiful Lefkada town and yet not live in crowded parking space looking town.

First of all, the host was very kind, always available and there to help! We even got domestic eggs for the child! They cleaned our apartment every day, changed bed linen and towels, which is commendable! also, I would like to point out the location, the most beautiful beaches on Lefkada are a few minutes from the accommodation, and yet it is so secluded and peaceful. Kudos!

“Amazing apartments! An absolute bargain”

Absolutely perfect! Nikos is a wonderful host! Friendly and very helpful. From the start you could tell that he wanted us to feel at home and enjoy our stay. The apartments are freshly renovated and very smart. As my wife said, "everything has been thought of to make our stay a good one". The AirCon is included, which isn't always the case in Greece (my in-laws are staying in a fancy villa, and their electric is capped and the excess is charged). And there's a washing machine available without charge, with detergent provided, so you can travel with very little luggage and wash your clothes here. It looked like the cleaner came in to clean every day, which is a lovely service. And the sheets and towels were replaced mid-week. We travelled with our baby and a travel cot was provided, with a lovely mattress (the night before the flight in Bristol, we got a travel cot with no mattress). While it is on a road, you can't see it from the apartments as the olive trees act as a natural barrier. It is close to Kathisma beach. We recommend getting a hire car for the week as it is a bit steep to the beach, (but you can get online deals all the time for about £120 for the week). Agios Nikitos is a few minutes drive in the car. These apartments are an absolute bargain in my humble opinion. We are already looking to book for next year, as you'd struggle getting anywhere else as clean and stylish for the price.

Location was good, close to Kathisma beach, but a little far from Agios Nikitas, since you couldn't easily walk to it, but needed to use the car. There was enough parking space and easily accessible from the main road. Room was clean and well maintained, A/C working without problems and decent amenities were present. Balcony was nice and protected from sun and other rooms. Really pleasant experience and everything is as described.
